She also fit us into her busy schedule at a moments notice. I highly recommend Cassandra to do any inspection work on your home, or even a potential one! Well worth it!
Her report was exhaustively (is there such a word?!) detailed and yet it was easy to understand, photos accompanied items so we could actually SEE what was being evaluated.
