I've only so far dealt with Brian, the technician that came out to assess my replacement needs and provide options. Brian was personable, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. No haggling or trying to upsell. Very honest and I really appreciated that. So much so, I decided to allow his company to further earn my business with a full hvac replacement. He was the 3rd tech/salesman to come out and provide estimates but he just felt rightand i immediately signed the contract. I'm really hoping and praying my pleasant experience continues when the installers come in a few days. Thank you Brian. You helped me to be really comfortable with going with your company.

Today, Jason Spear from OHA came by to check a leak in the hot air vent stack on my roof. He was on time, courteous, concise, and got the job done very efficiently. Needless to say, I highly recommend OHA (and Jason) for all things! Thanks again!

We came home from vacation to the A/C totally not working!! We called first thing in the morning and they were out here within two hours. Brice and Carlos were our technicians and were outstanding!! They quickly found the problem and the AC was repaired!! I really thought they were going to tell us we needed a new unit, but to my happy surprise it was just a part that was needed. So happy we have found OHA -- honest and reliable!!!

Brice was amazing from start to finish, explained exactly what the problem with my heat pump was and what it would take to fix it. Arrived the same day as temps were 83 and rising upstairs. Excellent job!

Bernie was great. He tried his best to get our AC going, even stayed until about 10pm. He walked us through some solutions but we ended up buying a brand new system through him. He was sensitive to our limitations and needs and found the right system for us. We appreciate his help.

Manny and his partner were on site today at my home installing a replacement HVAC and furnace. They arrived on time and immediately got to work as the crane operator set up his truck. Once inside Manny explained everything that they would need to do and set expectations for the days service. Manny and his partner were excellent and extremely professional as they pray removed the old equipment and loaded up the new equipment. The day was long but I appreciated how Manny kept my wife and I updated with their progress throughout. I would highly recommend OHA and Manny for anyone in need of a new hvac system.

Brian inspected our old system and advised us on the new HVAC system we needed. He thoroughly went over all our options for system types and associated cost. He was knowledgeable and polite.
Ashton installed our new HVAC system and thermostat the next day. He arrived on time, was courteous, and kept our floors and carpets clean during installation.

Technician Shabeer Popal gave us a fair quote and came out to replace the HVAC blower motor. He was very polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. Our HVAC unit is now functioning properly.

Had a recent plumbing maintenance inspection. Angel and his assistance were great. I also appreciate the great customer service from them as well as Tianna who booked my appointment. A plumbing leak was discovered but Angel and his assistant were able to fix it the same day. Thank you!

The tech sent was ver friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. Once the problem was identified, he took the time to explain it and the cost. Once we agreed on the course of action, he implemented and double check everything. Once completed, he provided recommendation and gave me his cell number for future questions or concerns.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend OHA HOME SERVICES. Christopher and and his partners were very professional and informative. Our new gas fire place is awesome. My wife and I, can't wait for those cold fall and winter evenings to crank up the heat. We got the maintenance package plan for our fireplace and hvac system. Money well spent.

I found out that our rental home was damaged on Friday. They came out on Monday to assess and Thursday to lay a tarp. It was quick and professional at all times.

Once we figured out our insurance, I was able to get Seth out there before the end of the week to replace our roof. He dealt very well with my tenant and helped me to get all the paperwork done in a matter of a couple of hours. Highest recommendation.

Mr Popal did an excellent job both repairing the fireplace gas insert unit and providing general maintenance on the unit. He cleaned the unit and got it working in top shape. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Thanks for the great service.

We love our new roof and skylights! They worked quick but thoroughly! Made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. We recommend using them. They did all the insurance paperwork! We will enjoy our new roof and skylights for years!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service OHA has given us. We had them (Kevin) in our home in the fall for fireplace service, now we had them back in May for the HVAC service. I was told about the current condition and suggestions on how to keep my 30 year old fireplace and my 13 year old HVAC system in its peak condition without upselling. I feel comfortable knowing I found a company that services two most important things in my home.

Angel Feliciano is a very knowledgeable professional. He quickly and throughly answered my questions regarding my new water heater. He gave me a good understanding of tankless vs. Full tank WHs options. He went above and beyond to provide a fair estimate for the desired work.

Superb service with my dryer vent cleaning. Michael was quick to arrive, quick in performing the cleaning of my vent line and repair of the vent hose.

Mr. Angel Feliciano of OHA has done an outstanding job in installing an NG Hot Water Heater today, June 13/25, the day after he had come out to give an estimate. But where he went over and beyond the mere excellent was that he did not merely point out the items that needed attention (drips, pinholes, and oxidized conventional valves), like many others had done before, but Angel (true to his name, LOL) also offered to solve them by fixing or replacing them with the much more efficient ball valves at a reasonable price without grief and hassle. That "please the customer to earn his business" attitude -- once the norm but rare nowadays -- is what set him apart from the run-of-the-mill technician. Indeed, he went the extra mile and completed the job in about half a day. I should add that he had a helper to do the installation; though I didn't catch his name and see what he did (and I wasn't around and in the way), I have to assume that he did his part well and deserve part of the glory.

Martin Steel was very processional and respectful helping me with my issue. He quickly performed the necessary repairs. He even pet my dogs. Thank you!

The HONESTY is so appreciated. Coming from FH Furr where we received a quote 3x the amount for loads of unnecessary work, we were happy to have e a technician who was knowledgeable and honest. Great guy, we appreciate him!

Devon Kelly arrived promptly and serviced furnace/ac unit quickly and efficiently. A new replacement cell was installed quickly. ( Joshua Williams) Devon also took the time to help me set up the thermostat app on my phone and customized the settings on my thermostat Very pleased with Devon (and Joshua). Very professional and helpful

Godfred Wiafe was a consummate professional fixing my problems with my furnace. He was easy to work with and clearly knew what he was doing. The next time I have a furnace problem I hope he will be the technician his company sends to my house.

The service was great. We needed to have our HVAC system replaced. They explained everything that we needed to know in order to make the right decision about the new system we want and they were honest with their pricing. The install crew was on time, worked hard and thorough and got everything done in one day. They explained the new system very well and provided useful additional advice.
I highly recommended this company for any work related to HVAC.

My review is not a reflection of the technician that did the work on my 3 year old system. He was very professional and completed the work quickly. My complaint is the cost of labor that I was charged. The part was covered under the original warranty, I was informed that I would just need to say for labor. I was then asked for a deposit (on a warrenty covered part) and then pay the balance when the part came in. So I thought the remaining balance was a little high but I had to get the unit fixed. Total bill was over $2000 for the service call, deposit and labor. Little over 2 hrs to complete the task so that means over 600 an hour for labor...did I mention the part was covered! I used them to install two separate complete units in the past 5 years, not sure if I will recommend their services to anyone in the future.
7/1/2025. Update: Thank you for the quick response to my post, I just wanted to let you know I have yet to be contacted about the extremely hight labor rates.

Kevin did a great job...as he always does. OHA never disappoints. During this heat wave, OHA was able to get to us quickly, and Kevin got us up and running in no time.

Brian Hatfield was on time and completely explained what was involved in my semi-annual HVAC service. When he was done with the service, he provided a very thorough report on the condition of my unit. Thank you Brian.
