He responded promptly to my questions, provided an estimate that was much lower than other quotes I received, and came himself to make the repair! Garrett is responsive, professional, and friendly. During recent windstorm some of my siding detached. He worked me in next day to avoid further weather damage and had it fixed quickly for a fair and reasonable price. I’ll use again and recommend talking to him before you make final selection of your contractor

GGC poured concrete stairs for my front porch and I am incredibly happy with their work. They thought of drainage and installed and buried an irrigated pipe to move water away from my house as part of the process. Their attention to detail was amazing and they explained how they design their concrete slabs with longevity in mind by adding in lines to route water during freezing temperatures to prevent surface cracking. I really appreciated the time they took to work with me through my thoughts and I’m super happy with the final product! I plan to install railing myself and asked the group not to install it themselves as I have more renovations planned. I intend to call GGC again for future work.

We had some rails put on our porch, interior painting, drywall repair, and some quarter round replaced. Garrett and his crew were always on time, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated well throughout the process. We will definitely be using them for other household projects in the future!

Garrett Group provided us with the beautiful deck we envisioned. They also replaced our back door and installed above the door an awning I had purchased. No request was too big and Garrett was consistently professional, respectful, patient and helpful with any concerns or ideas we presented to him. Garrett and his team were easy to work with. Just speaking to Garrett, you feel like the job is going to get done and get done right. He sticks to what he says even if on a hand shake. He's patient, waiting months on us for HOA approvals. His work looks great. His prices are fair. He recognizes the military for their contributions by giving military discounts. You don't feel like you've been taken for a ride when you have a contractor who does a little extra work for you at no charge. He answered all our questions, even questions that had nothing to do work the work at hand. He's knowledgable, super polite and just a blessing to work with. I will recommend him and I will call him for future contracting services.

I reached out to multiple contractors nearly 4 months ago and received 3 quotes. Garrett's quote was received with 24 hours, the others took several weeks. I put the work off until mid March. He updated the quote within 24 hours and had the team working on my deck the following Monday. Work took approximately a week and came out great. We're very happy with the way it came out and I've since recommended him to several others.

We used Garrett to remove and replace our back door. He was honest and great with pricing. He needed touch-up paint to make the job look perfect and he asked us if we had any extra laying around before buying any and charging us extra. He really went above and beyond and understood our needs. I will definitely be using him again.

As a fellow business owner, I must commend the Garrett Group for their exceptional service. When I urgently needed a siding panel replaced, Garrett handled the task promptly and efficiently. Their pricing was fair, and they delivered on time.

I reached out to Garrett for two jobs an interior bathroom remodel and an exterior painting job. I had decided and told Garrett I wanted to proceed with signing a contract for both jobs. I just needed a final quote for both jobs (an updated one for the bathroom including changes, and the initial quote for the exterior one).

However I never received them even after asking three times. We scheduled a day to start one of the projects and I was ghosted, no communication before and after.

This wasted so much of my time. It's crazy to me that a contractor would not follow up to lock in these projects, especially since I said I would sign a work contract.

I dodged a bullet for sure, because I would not want someone as unreliable & noncommunicative as Garrett working on my house anyway.

I am very pleased with the job this contractor did today - cleaning the house gutters. When completed, he also informed me of the very good condition of the roof and gutters. He was on-time, cordial, professional: I paid reasonable pricing for the job and distance. This was my first time using their services. Garrett's Group was quick to get back with us, and quick to get the job done!! He is great at keeping the lines of communication open while in process, even let me know he was leaving for lunch and he'd be back. Garrett’s work is exceptional and professional and courteous. He did electrical trouble shooting and resolved the problem. He also is quite responsible and calls and you and if something happens he calls you and tells he will come or delay and when he returns. Thats a professional.. he offered a good value for anyone who needs a great repairer who does great work.

We had Garret pull out some old posts in our fence and replace them plus fix one gate and build the other one from the ground up. He was able to come out for an estimate the same day I called him, and once we were on the schedule they were out in a few weeks time. He was professional, responsive, easy to work with and finished the job in a timely manner. The work was very reasonably priced and he also gave us a military discount. We would use him again.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job, in less time than expected and with attention to detail. I flew my drone along the gutters to check if they’d been cleaned properly and they were spotless. They left the property cleaner than they found it, great job!
