My mother was very pleased with all the people who worked to restore her bathroom. All the sub contractors were respectful, efficient, and professional in every way. George, the project manager, was very helpful, and went way beyond his role, to make sure all her needs were met. We would recommend this company to anyone who needed work on a home.

O.D.S.C was recommended to us from Semper Dry after a busted pipe & water leak damaging both upstairs and our finished basement! Jim was fantastic with keeping in contact and helping us with insurance! Dave was just as fantastic updating us with the actual construction and finishing up any loose ends. Highly recommend this company for any restoration needs!!

I had a terrible flood in my basement. Jim took his time assessing the damage, taking readings and explaining the process as he went over his findings. I received my estimate quickly. Jim and the O.D.S.C crew continued to impress me over the few days that it took for them to complete the repairs. They were meticulous with their work and made sure to not let my dog out as they went in and out of the house. Their work was outstanding and their communication was prompt. I was extremely pleased and I wholeheartedly endorse O.D.S.C.

Easiest way to start off is to say run do not give this company a chance to take your money do really awful looking work and continue to try to bill you!

To start off with the owners do not have the knowledge needed for restoration work! The company only has one individual an older gentleman that works for them that they used to rebuild cabinets ( that sometimes should be replaced instead). He is the only one that has any construction background and real knowledge, SO THE OLD SAYING THROW LIPSTICK ON A PIG was created for this company. They are awful. Please don’t waste your time or your sanity dealing with such a poorly ran business.!!

Jim and his crew did an excellent job making repairs from water damage at our rental property. They were responsive, assisted with the insurance claim, professional, and courteous. The project was completed on time and under budget. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a horrible water leak and ended up having our entire bathroom refinished. We called Jim and he helped us out tremendously. Hector and his crew came to our house and replace our tub, shower, floor, tile and they built a new shower wall for us. Our new bathroom looks and feels Amazing! Besides being professional and very friendly, ODSC did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. A++

My experience with ODSC has been noteworthy. Jim and Mike are excellent at what they do, our massive reconstruction after water damage was handled within budget and every detail considered. Work was done quickly. Reese and Stretch on drywall and paint, and the whole flooring crew really worked hard for us to finish the job by Christmas. We are so grateful!! If you’re choosing a contractor this is the company to trust. Communicated throughout the job and were flexible with my family incl small kids and dog still living in the home.

I recently suffered a significant loss to my one due to water damage. Jim Swing came to my house within about a week and worked with me on a quote to repair the damage, he then went to bat with my insurance company to ensure everything was included in the quote that should have been there. Then my project manager Hector was absolutely wonderful. He really made the process very easy. He corresponded with me daily to ensure the project moved smoothly. The project was completed and the work was wonderful.
