Daniel was our contact, he went over everything in detail and answered all our questions. The workers that came out were respectful and explained what they were doing. We are extremely happy with our 16x20 patio. We plan on a concrete slab for a hot tub in the fall and will be using City Light Construction again.

City Light Construction has completed 3 different jobs for us. 1. Installation of a new concrete area 10 x 12. 2. Refinishing of old deteriorated concrete steps to make them look new. 3. Power washing, grout replacement and coating with a sealer of our existing stone patio. Tony, Daniel and Jonathan have all been great to work with. Professional, respectful and reliable.

Daniel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process for our backyard patio!
From the very first appointment to discuss options, he was incredibly accommodating, and was more than willing to work within our budget, take numerous different measurements and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He also provided so many options for us to choose from in regards to different concrete colors, stamp patterns, literally everything.
The crew were also amazing, super quick, as quiet as possible (considering construction work), and everyone involved in our patio was extremely communicative.

Daniel, Tony and his crew at City Light are amazing at what they do. From start to finish they made the process of designing and building my deck a breeze. I couldnt be happier with the finished product! Communication, friendliness and professionalism is top notch. Very good pricing for such good craftsmanship! Financing options was a plus too so I could afford the high end products like Trex that I really wanted. I will be booking them for my Vinyl fence next.

City light construction company were exceptional with our roof replacement. There was excellent communication and transparency throughout the whole process. Daniel worked with our insurance company and advocated for us when wind damage was found. He walked us through the process to contact the insurance and met with the inspector. The Manager of the company Daniel is extremely knowledgeable in roofing. He came highly recommended from my neighbors. He has already done a quite a few houses in my neighborhood. This gave my wife and a lot certainty in his business. I highly recommend City Light Construction. They were very responsive during the entire process. They added to an existing deck around my pool and made the transition seamless. His crew worked with quality and efficiency. I was surprised how quick they got done. The owner Daniel kept me informed every step of the way and accommodated all my request. The job site was clean throughout the build and outside of construction noise, they were quiet which was much appreciated since my wife is a nurse and works overnight and sleeps during the day. City Light Construction LLC replaced my 25 year old windows, they run into some issues with the age of the windows and the way they had been installed but they resolved every issue in a professional manner and with quality and great finishes…I also appreciated the way they handled it with great attitude and willingness to please their client…I am definitely planning on calling them again soon…

We had them rip out an old icky flagstone walkway where I was tripping all the time. They listened to what we had envisioned and improved upon it. They showed up when they said they would and spent extra time and effort to clean up and make sure we were happy with our new sidewalk. Some new plants and mulch and it will be even better!

Citylight did an amazing job knocking out two jobs at my house. They replaced my roof and did concrete work in my basement. Both jobs were done professionally and efficiently. I felt very well taken care of and everything was done beyond my own expectations! Highly recommend for any roofing or concrete needs!
