I love the fact that I get to talk to a representative every time I should have a question or a pest issue and always they come with a plan. Unlike my last company that would not covered basically anything! William is my technician and has been a delight to work with. He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to find ways to help. And the fact that he shows up on time, is a plus! When I chose to leave my past pest company, Pest Solutions sent 2 representatives to meet us at home and to survey the property. They were very honest and fair with their prices and not trying to sale us or push us into any contracts.

We have been using Pest Solutions services for a couple of years, and couldn’t be more satisfied with them. Prior to their services, we were inundated with wasps, flies, stink bugs, Asian Beetles, and a plethora of other unwanted pests. But now…..practically nada! I want to give a big shoutout to our technician Billy! He always listens to any current bug problems I tell him about, and knows the treatment we need to help get rid of them. I’ve been using Pest Solutions for a while. My first time calling them I had ants I couldn’t get rid of. They took care of them and we haven’t had a problem since they started putting down a prevention to keep them from coming back. Every visit to our house has been perfect. This company is great. I moved into a house with a really bad roach infestation. After doing the initial two treatment the numbers were getting better but the owner thought there should be more results. The owner himself came out and found the hotspot to treat. It took a little while (which is normal) but we are now roach free. Another time my wife and 3 year old were attacked by yellow jackets after disturbing the nest. I called and the technician was at our house the next morning to remove the nest and it was included with our plan. I would highly recommend this company, very proffessional and provide a great service.

Yellow jacket wasps had made a nest in the roof. After Pest Solutions treated the area, there are no more yellow jackets. Gone! That is all I wanted. I was not badgered or bothered to buy any "special" service or "extra" anything. There were no hidden fees or "Oh, by the way, you owe..."
I will use this service again if it is necessary.

They are very knowledgeable and always accommodating. We have tons of mulch therefore lots of ants outside that tend to wonder in on occasion. Such a big help with that problem. I have been using them since I moved into my house 19 years ago. Very pleased with all the services I receive!

I do like the fact that we see the same tech every visit and that he knows our house and property. We are essentially bug and fest free except for the occasional lady bug and spider. Very happy in that regard. I only wish the front office would do a better job of notifying us when our service is scheduled (as in, there's no notice prior and no call from the tech to warn us he's enroute). We have dogs and have tried to get the office to understand they just can't show up with no notice. Other than that, service provided is really quite satisfactory.

Friendly, family orientated. They ensure we have bait traps inside, outside, attic, and in garage. They provide sound advice for home insulation (outside bushes, trim and attic) to ensure we have the best protection from weather, insects, etc.

Had mouse droppings in several kitchen cabinets. Called Pest Solutions and they arrived same day and set traps. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Very nice and professional, easy booking process and there’s always someone to answer the phone. Most importantly, they really care about doing things in a way that will not hurt my pets. My moms been using pest solutions for many years and I’ll be doing the same.

Pest solutions come out to the house immediately no matter what the problem is. They are professional, courteous, and polite. I recommend them for any pest control problems that you might be dealing with.

We had a paper wasp nest in our exterior Comcast box and were concerned about damage to the wires or service interruptions due to exterminator service. The technician from Pest Solutions came on time, charged a reasonable rate, caused no damage or interrupted service, was personable and professional. The phone quote when I booked was $150 based on worst case scenario- they only charged $55 because wasps are easier than hornets and when we booked we didn’t know what we had. Some vendors would have charged the larger amount, and the honesty and integrity they exhibited means we will not hesitate to call again for future services. Thank you

I ended up going with Pest Solutions after Terminrx quoted me an insane amount Joe was the third person to come out and give me information. He said I absolutely did not need the $5,500 pest control package, and said that removing the insulation was in no way necessary. He was honest, educational, and as a result, earned my business.

Joe is one of the owners. We got to talking and he said he belives in giving his guys work life balance. His team is small and they don't work on weekends. Incredibly refreshing I highly recommend them and belive in their mission. :) If you can, support small businesses.
