Ocean Tower Construction recently replaced the front and back deck planks on our row of townhouses with durable composite decking. After reviewing bids from three contractors, Ocean Tower stood out for their clear proposal and competitive pricing.
The project started on schedule and progressed smoothly until a city inspector identified issues with the original supports, noting they didn’t align with the original plans. Despite this unexpected challenge, Ocean Tower handled it professionally, quickly addressing the concerns and ensuring compliance with updated safety standards.
The onsite crew was professional, respectful & maintained a positive attitude, and kept the worksite clean daily, which minimized disruption. The finished decks look fantastic and are a major improvement.

We were looking for someone to restore the concrete columns of our building, and OceanTower hit it out of the park. I
didn't realize how bad they were until I saw the "before" and "after" shots. They really saved us from a potential disaster!

What a great company. We are a 3 building 39-unit HOA. Ocean Towers was recommended by a reputable engineer in the area to bid on a large job. During that process, the owner and project manager made recommendations on alternative materials to use for our roof replacement. They swiftly provided all the necessary information and samples of the roof – A GacoFlex. The company is a certified installer and servicer. The price to install this roof thousands less than the typical asphalt roof saving our HOA over $100K. We hired the company after checking local references. They were professionals to work with before, during and after the installation. They kept us in the loop at all stages of the install and addressed any concerns we had throughout the job. They started on time and completed as promised. Since the completion of the work, we hired them for another job. We will be working with this company in the future.

Hired Ocean Towers Construction to refinish 3 roofs for our association at Sandy Lane Estates in Ocean City, MD. Tom and his crew did a fantastic job. His crew worked on the roofs during the summer when condo use was very high. They worked around owners and renters which was fantastic. The roof work was outstanding. Highly recommend!!
