O.C. Cluss Lumber

We scheduled a day to have new gutters installed. I took off work. No one arrived. No one called. After several attempts, I eventually spoke with someone who simply said they couldn’t make it. No reason. No apology. No offer to reschedule. I mentioned that I was scheduled for that day and took off work. I then asked to reschedule. The person said he would call when he could look at his schedule. I never heard from them again. I guess my business is going to someone else.

Great service and great products. My husband is a Contractor from Buckhannon and he buy most things from O.C. Cluss they have a salesman who calls on him and they deliver weekly or sooner if he need a special item. If a problem should arise they handle it promptly and with respect to him and his customer. Their Kitchen designer is exceptional she has a lot of ideas and can design anything in all prices from top of line kitchens to basic cabinets for laundry or work space.

I was doing some weatherizing around my house and called OC Cluss for a quote on a order of Froth-Pak (think Great Stuff only like 10 can's work at a time) because I'd seen the product on This Old House. I said I'd seen it on TOH and the person on the phone started laughing at me, and never called me back with an quote... what a bunch of jerks.. I'll shop at Lowes or Ace Hardware or 84.

Update: So I gave them a second chance because I needed some building materials delivered to my home for a bathroom remodel. Not only were they three days late (Friday instead of Tuesday) on the delivery, they never bothered to call to say they would be late. I called them to check on the order and say that I no longer needed 6 sheets of material only 5, they said it would be no problem, however three weeks later I have yet to receive a refund on items that never left their delivery truck. They claim that the company they bought them from needs to inspect the items before they (OC Cluss) gives me a refund.
