This company is beyond amazing. Johnny and his team went above and beyond to restore my property through extensive fire damage and repairs. Working alongside my insurance company to get my home everything it was owed for a total restoration.

Their timely service, exceptional communication, and attention to detail is outstanding.

I thank God I chose them to handle our homes fire damage and will never recommend another company other than them for everything restoration.

Our basement was flooded, following the recent hurricane. Nearly a foot of standing water spread through our basement with more water threatening from our exterior basement door.

My wife and I were very shaken in the moment and knew we need to take action quickly. I called our neighbor Jay who immediately referred Johnny and his team at Oasis to me.

We spoke directly on the phone and he had his team in our basement working to remedy the problem within hours! He explained every step of the process, and was fair and honest about the cost. His team worked quickly and also advised us about what to expect. They even referred a contractor who was on site quickly to go over options for refinishing the space. They removed and disposed of our damaged floor, and carefully relocated our personal effects to a higher level. They went above and beyond.

I highly recommend him to anyone who ever has an issue with water, mold, etc. in their home. We would definitely use him again!

Oasis Restoration is the best company. 10/10 service all around! Would recommend them to anyone in need of water mitigation services. We had flooding in our basement hours before hurricane Helene hit. They came late at night to assess the damage, help provide solutions for how to avoid major damage with the hurricane about to arrive, and cleaned up the water already in the basement. They went above and beyond to find the source of the flooding, then helped find a solve that held through the hurricane so our basement stayed dry! They showed incredible kindness and empathy throughout their time at our home and were very professional and informative when we had questions.
