Impossible to get a roof quote. Puts you on hod and transfers you from person to person. Followed up with weeks of getting automated texts daily. Then I reached out to finally try and get that quote again, and they still put me on hold and were unable to do so. Then they came back and said someone could talk to me in three weeks.
Not sure if they're outsourcing labor or where the disconnect is, but wasted a good chunk of my time on multiple occasions. Talk to a real local company instead.
Very pleased with the work from this company. Very professional and Worked in a timely manner. Spent lots of time cleaning up and left with everything the way it was before. My only issue was a communication barrier with the crews limited English speaking and not understanding me when I had a question or concern. I would definitely recommend this company to do the job. The placement of the dumpster was the only real inconvenience as they blocked me from my driveway and the lateness of the completion I'm waiting for them to pick up the dumpster making me park my car away from my garage.
