Impossible to get a roof quote. Puts you on hod and transfers you from person to person. Followed up with weeks of getting automated texts daily. Then I reached out to finally try and get that quote again, and they still put me on hold and were unable to do so. Then they came back and said someone could talk to me in three weeks.
Not sure if they're outsourcing labor or where the disconnect is, but wasted a good chunk of my time on multiple occasions. Talk to a real local company instead.

Very pleased with the work from this company. Very professional and Worked in a timely manner. Spent lots of time cleaning up and left with everything the way it was before. My only issue was a communication barrier with the crews limited English speaking and not understanding me when I had a question or concern. I would definitely recommend this company to do the job. The placement of the dumpster was the only real inconvenience as they blocked me from my driveway and the lateness of the completion I'm waiting for them to pick up the dumpster making me park my car away from my garage.

Been working with Keenan Smith , he came to give me a estimate in the cold and rain and got on my roof and gave me a through inspection with photos , he was prompt in preparing my estimate and sending to my email. He was great with all of his follow up and even was willing to work with my insurance carrier . I wish that all roofers were this prompt , courteous and have great follow thru like Keenan . He's awesome would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great Job !

Good folks, the crews were great (and cleaned up the grounds the best I've ever seen). We had some weather related delays between parts of the job, but that's not something anyone can control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oaks to anyone.

Thank you Keefer and crew.
We love our new roof & skylight. No more worries when it rains. Oaks construction does great work.
They work very hard . They cleaned up after they were done. Keefer kept me updated on progress the whole time.
Good price for what they had to do. Thank you guys very much. I would recommend oaks to anyone who needs
roof work done

Oaks Construction they a exceptional job on replacing the shingles. First Keefer, the crew leadman was professioal maklng sure we was informed of the details of the work to be done. Second, the crew wasted no time and they were on time. Their work was excellent, fast and care about the quality of work. Third, Keefer was very responsive on any questions that I inquired. They finished the work the same day. Than Keefer stopped in a few days after to make sure we was happy with work. Plus, he sent me aerial pictures of the roof. Which make it easy to insure the quality of their finish work. Thanks Keefer and the crew for doing such incredible work!!!
