This is a horrible store to get help in. Customer service there is terrible. Even when you ask for help you don’t get it. We went there today and the worker said we should have that sink part so we told him we didn’t see any and he just stood there not offering to help us. I told him don’t offer to help us or anything!!! So we went to Selah to Helms where the customer service is great and they have what you need! The Naches hardware store never has anything you need and if they do they never have more then one so if you need 2 your out of luck!!

Chris, Mike, and Greg, were all so very helpful when my family was in desperate need of large electric heater! They searched high and low for exactly what was needed, called me back when they located it, and even carried the unit out to my car for me! Highly recommended for excellent customer service, professionalism, and friendly smiles.

Within past 3 months I bought a medium duty extension cord for use in motor home for a heater rated 1500 watts. I used medium and lower settings. The cord was not able to handle the draw and ended up costing me a $300 electric bill. The cord was warm and hot to the touch at heater end. Opinions ran me to think cord was defective and not to use it. I couldn’t find receipt so I’m out what I paid.
Keep receipts.
Heated water hose failed as well $150.
So I’m out $ 200. Or there about.
No one needs defective products period .

I just learned a lesson from Ace Hardware.
I purchased black stove-pipe accessories from this location, but just found out this situation applies to all Ace Hardware locations.
I was not sure the exact parts I needed for the project, so I purchased extra ( like I do for all projects ) to assure I fixed the issues first time. I was doing this project for a friend as I was passing through town. I assumed I could return the extra material back in my town 165 miles away... No such policy with Ace. I get back to town and attempted to return to my local store and found out they wont accept these parts unless they scan into their system, they did not. I called one other store and asked if I could take them to their store and they said they too, would not. I called this store , where I purchased them from, and asked if I could bring it back to them next Thanksgiving when I come back for the holidays, they said they have a firm 30 day return policy...
So Im eating this purchase. I will never buy from an Ace Hardware store again. I will use the box stores that don't have this issue.... coast to coast..

Store was clean. They had what I needed in stock. Price was kind of high but for convince of location and needing the items it was fine. They have a variety of items stock at this location.

Quick and convenient hardware store.

A small hardware store conveniently located and carrying a surprisingly large selection of items. Whether I stop by or call, there is always a helpful person to answer questions or look for an item. I’d say Oak Creek Ace is the crown jewel of Naches.

I tried to see if they would order some hardware for me, m8 x 1.25 x 60 socket cap bolts, they had 5 in the box and I need 8. He said I could go to another hardware store because they just ordered. Not really helpful

Edit: Got everything at Selah, will probably skip this Ace in the future. Way better selection, you get a greeting and someone always comes by to ask if you need any help. It makes a difference. Plus they had no issue getting me hardware.

Oak Creek Ace Hardware is my first stop for projects. I've been buying stuff there since it opened. It's a big store with a great selection of home maintenance gear (and more) and the closest hardware store to the cabin areas east of Mt. Rainier. If Ace wasn't in Naches I'd always have to go double the distance to Yakima/Union Gap for supplies. As an extra bonus, the employees are friendly and work hard to make sure my visit is smooth. Ace is the place!

They always have the bait I need. I went to get bait and a birch red root beer. Price has gone up.

Prices are a bit more than big department stores but the quality of service and the helpful and kind staff along with that small town more than make up for the prices. The best part of shopping here is you don't have to go to Yakima

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
