Open Cell spray foam insulation is definitely the way to go. I used to have fiberglass in my apartment and all winter I would feel cold drafts in my apartment. This was nothing compared to summer when hot air would constantly force me to run my AC. After David’s help we were able to totally fix this problem.

Thanks again Avi for the great work you did on my apartment! The nights of trying to fall asleep in a noise-filled apartment are gone. The soundproof insulation made my bedroom into a quiet oasis.
