Bobby and team are incredible! They helped us literally build our dream home in Suncadia. They are excellent builders. What really stood out along the process, were their thoughtful and creative ideas and solutions. At each step they communicated very well, listened, and had great ideas. And once we agreed on approach their craftsmanship and aesthetic were outstanding. It all came together so well. Really appreciate what this team was able to create - and we had a ton of fun working with them along the way - we're big fans!

Giving them a 2 star is stretching it and the 2 star goes to a couple of the general contractors that did their best! NW ROOTS should stick to doing new construction in SUNCADIA (although I’ve heard through the grapevine they don’t do quality work there either) and stay away from remodels! We paid over $40,000 for a tiny kitchen remod that was botched in more ways than I can count! One of the contractors so kindly even dropped one of his tools and dented my brand new and very expensive fridge that was out of the box one day. Project Should’ve taken a month turned into 5 months!! Had to cook in my bathroom! Kick myself in the you know what to this day for not doing the job ourselves! When we asked owner Bobby to come over to see all of the work that was botched he was less than professional and acted like it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t offer a resolution! Funny he comments that “I’m mistaken and NW Roots did not do my remodel” is he really that ignorant and stupid to think I wouldn’t know what company I paid over $40,000 to and worked with for 4-5 months?!? Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere! Working with NW Roots will give you a migrane!!!

I've had the pleasure of working with NW Roots Construction a few times now and can't say I've ever worked with better. Their attention to detail and "can do" attitude is far superior to other builders. Building a new home cost a lot of money... So, when selecting a Builder, integrity is key. This team has what it takes to make your dream home a reality and have a bit of fun along the way!

I have several friends who have used Bobby to build their homes and all of them gave NW Roots the highest marks. However, these referrals were far surpassed, when I used NW Roots, by the professionalism and integrity of the owners and their crew. What really sets NW Roots apart is that they CARE. Several times I have called them to ask help with troubleshooting a problem and they quickly responded with a solution or a referral who could help me. A Dream Come True! Our forever home was custom built by the team at Northwest Roots Costruction. Together they went above and beyond during this difficult time of shut downs due to the pandemic, record snow storms, and delays beyond their control. My husband was hesitant to build another home due to a previous unfavorable experience with another builder. I convinced him of one more go at it. We made the right decision! Northwest Roots attention to detail, honesty, fairness, integrity, and professionalism was beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you NW Roots for building us our forever home!

Bobby Graham, owner of NW Roots Construction, and all of his support staff and on site crew were a dream to work with. Bobby has very high standards for quality and safety of workmanship, but also has an eye for design elements that are not only functional but attractive and contemporary. And, to top it all off, he is a gifted communicator who values relationship building. Bobby listens well, worked collaboratively with us, accommodated our personal spontaneous requests (if they are doable and meet standards), was honest, and then always circled back to see that our questions were answered or to just simply see how we were doing! He goes above and beyond, with one example being how he lent us a hand the day we moved in and were blindsided by outside moving day glitches that had nothing to do with NW Roots! He and his staff (who are all both talented and personable) continue to reach out to us months after we closed on our house to either just check in or answer questions we have.

Going through the actual process of watching our house be built and evolve over the course of several months with Bobby was such an enjoyable process. This entire experience far exceeded our expectations. We've read about and talked to several owners who built new homes and there is often some negative issue, if not horror stories they share about their builder. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about Bobby and his team. We hit the jackpot.

There are many builders in Suncadia to choose from. There is no way any of them bring both the top notch building expertise (and team) AND extraordinary relationship skills that Bobby possesses.

My husband and I have had the privilege to work with NW Roots Construction, as investors, on two projects now. The first project was in Suncadia and the second project is currently in Tumble Creek. The confidence and professionalism that the owners of NW Roots transmits isn't flash in the pan, it is true and real.
