He did an excellent job on our garage. We had him tear down our old 2-car garage in a mid-century modern house built in 1960 and replace it with a 3-car garage. From start to finish was approximately 2 months which is what he promised. He used decent-quality materials. The city inspector said he was impressed by the work when he inspected it at the end. I'd highly recommend using NW Remodeling Contractors for your large job.

We had NW Remodeling Contractors tear down, rebuild and enlarge the garage on our midcentury house. While this sounds simple, we wanted the style and materials to match our existing house. They did an excellent job, modernizing our garage while seamlessly blending it with the existing construction. Everything was done on time and on budget and we are extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail.

We are really happy the way our new master bathroom turned out!! This is the second time we have used this company for a remodel project and both results were fantastic. I would not even think of using anyone else. We have a third project coming up and we will use no one else, Vlad is fantastic!!!!

Vlad was our choice for a nearly a full interior remodel. He provided us with a detailed proposal, cost breakdown, and updated our budget/cost breakdown after selecting all materials. He is kind, professional, and on top of his work. He did not compromise quality and he ensures any subcontractors work directly through him to make it convenient for you, the customer. We first remodeled our bathrooms and quickly hired him to redo our kitchen, laundry room, then master bathroom as well. All work was permitted and he ensured all subcontractors were licensed and insured. I could not recommend a better contractor, and I speak from experience with bad ones. We truly don’t have enough nice things to say about NW Remodelers! They remodeled our original 1941 kitchen including removing a wall to open the space. Their communication was excellent and we are so incredibly happy with the finished product. They were also very detailed oriented, which included things like matching the original trim in the kitchen to the rest of the house - without us having to ask. They did an excellent job at creating a stunning kitchen while also keeping original elements of the old house charm. Their customer service was very personable which we appreciated. Everything was explained thoroughly and we weren’t left wondering through any part of the process. We will absolutely be hiring them again for any other projects that come up!

Vlad and his two man crew excelled at fast, efficient work. They were extremely respectful of our space and the finished project left us loving our new bathroom. NW Remodeling recently did a bathroom remodel for us. Not only did the end product turn out great, but the entire process went quickly and smoothly. The owner communicated things effectively and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Even completed a few other small projects to improve our home without adding extra costs to our bill. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the first floor re-model that NWRC did for us. (Kitchen, front and back entries, bathroom, fireplace and new windows.) Vlad listened carefully to read between the lines about what was important to us. He offered good advice if he thought we would not be happy with our choice. Russ and Paul were a pleasure to have in our home.
I would say that any re-model has its' snafus. The big thing was that when we encountered any issues, the response was always "how can we make this right for you" and not "who can we blame". That's all we can ask. I know we will be enjoying these changes for years to come.

We replaced a bath tub with a shower in two bathrooms, after accepting a bid from NWRC. They were honest, clean and on time. They did exceptional work and were respectful of my property.

NWRC is fantastic to work with. Vlad is one of the most responsive and engaged contractors I’ve ever worked with. His quality of work is fabulous and he works hard! For selfish reasons I don’t want to share this so he’s more available for our future projects but do yourself a favor and hire him! You’ll be glad you did. We had a large freestanding ADU project and he handled it all from beginning to end and kept us in the loop the entire time.

Update after four months of running an AirBnb. it's going fantastic and every guests comments about how fantastic the cottage is and how beautiful it looks. NWRC really did hit a home run with this project.

We hired Russ Constructions to remodel both of the bathrooms in our house. One of the reasons we hired this business was Vlad’s enthusiasm and attention to detail. He was very forthcoming with different options we had in terms of bathroom design, materials, etc. and explained in detail the pros and cons of doing/ choosing one thing over another. We were very impressed with the time he spent with us in visiting different businesses helping us choose the right material.
The project was completed on time and with great quality workmanship. Very neat.
Vlad definitely goes above and beyond and you can see the genuine interest in his work and sincerity with which he approaches it.

Wow - where to begin? Vlad with Russ Construction just finished a partial bath remodel for our very old house (built in 1930's). None of the original walls were straight, the tile was (poorly) done by the previous owners, and we had no storage. The team was quick to respond to our original call, worked with us on a quote that fit our budget, and did a fantastic job. They replaced all the existing tile, added a wall in the bath and a custom linen closet. Each day they let us know when they were planning to arrive, showed up promptly, and made sure their work was done to our liking. For instance, the tile we originally selected was out of stock so Vlad provided us with various alternatives that were similar in color, price, and design. I can't imagine working with anyone else in the future for remodel needs.

We engaged with Russ Construction and Remodeling for the construction of an addition to our home. Vlad (the lead contractor) met with us to discuss the project, diligently reviewed our architectural drawings and plans, then provided a comprehensive budget proposal and estimated timeline.

The work proceeded at a steady pace (as quickly as possible considering availability and coordination of resources, scheduling of inspections, etc). Work carried out directly by Vlad and his working partner, Alex, was completed with notable effectiveness and efficiency. They cleaned up at the end of each working day, and ensured that our property remained presentable throughout the project.

We hired Russ Construction based on two referrals who highly recommended Vlad (the owner and main contractor). We had seen the work he had done from the referrals and knew that his work was of high quality and that he was a very honest individual, which was important to us. We had him build an ADU onto the side of our garage. It turned out beautiful and we are very happy with the work provided. Some of the work involved with the ADU was vaulted ceilings, a beautiful ADA compliant walk in shower with gorgeous tiling-( we asked for modern rustic and he nailed it) and a very nice kitchenette with a beautiful backsplash (just to name a few).
He also remodeled our kitchen and laundry/mud room area. It was an incredible remodel. The kitchen cabinets are custom made and turned out more amazing than we had ever dreamt. We had a pantry added and Vlad built a beautiful custom door for the pantry since the one we chose online was going to take weeks to arrive. We chose to have a white kitchen with a black island and it looks straight out of a magazine; we literally couldn’t be happier. Our kitchen used to be an alley way kitchen that had a wall separating the kitchen from the living room. We had them knock out the partition and it completely opened up the space and the lighting is so much better in our 1970’s ranch style home.
Vlad is very easy to work with, is very professional, provides good communication, and is very honest. He also has a very good eye when it comes to design and helping choose materials that will compliment each other which we found to be very helpful. Russ construction also goes above and beyond when it’s not required. For example, when they were in our crawl space they noticed some or a lot of our ducting was damaged thus not getting heat into our house. They spent the extra time to repair it for us. It’s just good quality, strong integrity, great work. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any sort of construction/remodel to look to Russ Construction first. You will know that your money is being well spent and that you will end up with a high quality product that you will love by someone you can trust.
Also, Vlad and his team were very respectful with mask wearing during this pandemic which was also important to us as we have small children and an elder adult living in our home.

We had all 3 of our bathrooms remodeled by Russ Construction & Remodeling. We changed out our fiberglass shower/tub units into tile units with glass doors. Also had our tile countertops switched to quartz with new sinks and a new tile floor. And lastly they installed a new vanity. Can’t say enough about Vlad and his team. They were highly professional and knowledgeable to our needs. They treated our house like their own by laying down material to protect our floors and carpet. If you want a job done right I highly recommend Russ Construction to do it. You will not be disappointed.

Don't expect fancy pamphlets, but good value for money, high quality work, and good communication.

Russ Construction did a bathroom remodel for us. The project involved moving some walls, building a closet in an adjacent room, making a storage cupboard, ripping out an old shower unit, putting in a new tile shower and tile floor, new vanity and moving the toilet. The price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The project was completed on time, and Vlad was flexible on accommodating some changes to the project scope and other terms. Communication was good. They cleaned up everyday and respected my home.

They had to bring in a couple contractors for drywall and tile work. Everyone was fine.

We agreed to do some sealing and finish-up painting on our end to save a little money. Vlad was also very responsive on various follow-up questions I had after his portion was done.

I would highly recommend Russ Construction.

Vlad and Alex remodeled both my bathrooms and my kitchen, laid wood floors throughout my house, redid all the trim work, and built a Trek deck over my back patio. I was very happy with the work they did and the design input that Vlad had to offer; his experience was very valuable when trying to make design decisions. Just completed master bath and powder room updates. Great job! Vlad has a great eye for detail and an expert knowledge of plumbing codes and ADA specifications. He removed a jetted tub, built a big new shower, removed the old small shower and converted it into a towel closet, raised the ceiling, installed new lighting and fixtures. New granite countertops were installed in both the master and the powder-room. We were given a start date and an estimated completion date. Both dates were met. We are very happy with the result and recommend his services highly.

Russ Construction & Remodeling radically transformed both our master bath and laundry rooms. Prior to discovering Vlad and Alex, we had been working on plans with a friend/artist/master craftsman, who's
life took him to another part of the country. Before leaving us he and Vlad, a designer and craftsman in his own right, met and exchanged information and ideas. The transfer of our wild imaginings could
not have gone more smoothly. Vlad was excited about our project
and it was SUCH FUN working with he and Alex. We felt blessed to have found them ! They had just previously remodeled a large portion of
our daughter's 1984 Cape Cod style home (new floors, new bathroom, total kitchen remodel with skylights ) We were able to get to know Vlad and Alex well, and to observe the care and expertise that they bring
to every little detail. They are perfectionists ! !
When it came time for our project we were thrilled.
Russ Construction removed an old jetted tub, built in shower stall, toilet
and vanity. The ceiling was removed and the trusses restructured to
give us height in the master and to allow for a skylight over a curbless shower with a new wall to wall linear drain. They installed a
free standing soaking tub, a wall hung toilet, vessel sink, large format ceramic tile on floors and walls, LED lighting, and sensor controlled fans. The laundry room was also completely reconfigured, and additionally we had them replace 4 hollow core doors with solid core. All was completed within the time frame laid out and within a whisker of the budget .
Vlad presented us with drawings and computer generated images
of the proposal. This was immensely helpful and aw inspiring.
As noted in other reviews, he is not hesitant to suggest what he
considers to be better choices in seeing that it will help
stay within budget or improve the outcome . I found him
extremely easy to work with and with a strong sense of design . He
spent so much time with me in the process of searching for materials &
went out of his way to run down some obscure items. He is a strong communicator. I really can't say enough good things about this team. Vlad and Alex do almost all of the work themselves. They do not sub contract, with the exception of dry wall and some tile, nor do they advertise. Their philosophy is to let their work speak for itself. The business is built on customer referrals and they are very busy.
Busy as they are however they're very quick to respond
to requests for information. We love them !

While I did not actually have work completed by them, I did call them and spoke about my water damaged window. The gentleman I spoke with was VERY helpful over the phone in determining the direction I needed to go and helping educate me on the repair itself. The information I received empowered me with confidence to make a decision. They were booked out or else I would've hired them for certain, and will keep them in mind for the future.

We just completed a master bedroom and bathroom remodel. Vlad, Alex and crew were great. We were right on budget, and that was due to Vlad using his experience and connections to get great deals and counseling us on quality and options. We had our bathroom and laundry room completely remodeled which included knocking a wall down closing up windows, adding a new one and also moving our laundry room to add a new walk in closet. I am highly satisfied with the work that Russ Construction did for us. We had our kitchen remodeled. They refinished our 11year old original oak cabinets with very modern espresso color and stylish hardware. It looks amazing. They also installed granite slab countertops and full backsplash a few years back they did a great job. That's why we called them back to refinish the cabinets. Very satisfied overall because the whole process was very smooth. They are easy to work with. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a remodeling contractor. I would recommend Russ Construction to my friends and family. They contacted me within an hour of my e-mail expressing interest in a bid. They were out the next day to look at the work we needed done. Vlad was very knowledgeable, explained everything that needed to be done. After looking at the bid, I was able to change some things around and the best part for me was that he reduced the overall quote allowing me to do the final painting inside and out. Vlad continues to be a source for helpful home maintenance ideas, to ensure that my home will last through the years. He didn't sell me more than I needed and he didn't take any short cuts. Russ Construction and remodeling did a full renovation of our main bathroom in the spring of 2015. Vlad, Alex and the rest of his crew (as well as the suppliers he recommended) all did a first-rate job. I
had strong ideas as to how I wanted the bathroom to look and what kind of finishes I wanted. While Vlad recognized and respected that, he didn't hesitate to suggest alternatives that he believed would look or work better. In fact, one of his ideas had not occurred to me and turned out to be my single favorite finish.
