We hired NW Pro Remodeling to help us out on the very difficult job of removing walls, raising the ceiling and moving the kitchen. He beautifully stepped into our project that my inexperienced husband thought he could do and handled it all like the professional he is. We always knew what was happening and were kept informed at all times. Since he's been finished with his part, not much else has happened around here so he is coming back to finish everything we haven't done! We've been very happy with his work and you wont be disappointed if you hire him.

Tanner was extremely helpful to me in repairing my bathroom garden window area and replacing tile. He worked on the project almost two months, as I was able to use another bathroom and that allowed him to work on simultaneous projects for other clients. He removed the garden window, removed and cleaned the moldy area and replaced the window and all the surrounding tile, which was considerable. He touched up any paint that was disturbed and generally left the inside and outside of the area he worked on looking as if there had never been a problem! I was beyond happy with his work, work ethic and demeanor.

Tanner does really great work. He fit our job in earlier than expected, gave us a detailed and reasonable estimate, and executed the job extremely well. We will be repeat customers when we start our next remodeling project.

I found NW Pro Remodeling when I got an estimate that I thought was way more than it should be. I was under a time constraint so I just picked someone close by... I was so lucky! I got Tanner and he was the answer to my prayers... he was professional, gave me all the information I needed, and his estimate was 1/2 what the other guy (who I was sure didn't know what he was doing) gave us. Tanner is so experienced and he did all the work himself (lucky me), explained everything he did and was about to do-- asked my opinion, and was super courteous. Needed help with dry wall repairs, new flooring, and replacing baseboards along with a few other projects to make my home ready to sell. Owner Tanner was rude when he came out to look at my repairs, was short and unfriendly, told me he would do the job and get back with an estimate. Its been 2 weeks and he has not responded to any of my messages or phone calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Hiring a contractor is one of the riskiest aspects of a remodel. We did a lot of research before getting 3 quotes. Tanner was on time, provided a written detailed quote, and advice on permits. He offered options to save labor costs and clearly explained the areas where costs could increase. Our first floor remodel started the week after the COVID-19 Shelter at Home orders started. Tanner worked with us on a plan to increase safety including using a smaller crew and disinfecting surfaces nightly. When our cabinet order delayed completing the job, Tanner was flexible and continued to make progress on the rest of the project. In the end, his quote was within 5% of the original and within days of the original timeline. He also has very high standards on quality. Very impressive results considering we worked through a global pandemic! You have to make a lot of decision when remodeling--flooring, paint color, counter tops, cabinets, etc--there is no question we chose the right contractor.

We hired NW Pro to remodel our kitchen, replace a sliding patio door, and install new laminate throughout our first floor. Tanner was quick to provide a detailed quote and easy to work with during the entire project. He is easy to contact, communicates well, and shows up on time. Whenever potential issues came up, he was quick to bring them to our attention and clearly explained what needed to be done. He is honest and his prices are fair--even for additional work that came up during the project.

Tanner did an amazing job! We are very happy with the quality of his work and are already planning on having him back to replace the rest of the flooring in our house.

My project is very big: 1st floating floor, kitchen island rebuild, butcher-block counter table with waterfall, white living room shelves, tiles in the laundry room, tiles in the guest and master bathroom, shower room redo till the ceiling, freestanding tub.

I also have a picky designer, who cares details so much. I would say my project is not easy especially I am a strict budge controller. Not all of general contractors I interviewed were as versatile as Tanner. Some of them said they need to find sb to do the living shelves. Some of them said they don’t know how to do butcher-block counter table. Some of them said they cannot do freestanding in my limited budge. Therefore, Tanner won the bidding not only because of his fair price but also because he knows how to do everything.

Tanner did the whole project well and covered lots of details. For example, he made an outlet in the butcher-block counter table. He shifted cabinets perfectly. He was also safety-concerned. He knows we have 2 naughty boys. He changed the old outlets of the master bathroom and made shelves of living strong (too strong that boys can jump on it LOL)

Tanner is very honest and nice. In the end of project, we added some little projects. He didn’t charge us high because he already won the bidding. He keeps his fair rate from the beginning to the end. He also gave suggestions when I redid my banister color and helped a lot in my lego-blackboard. The only shortage is that it is a small company, and it took longer time than I expected. But it worth’s waiting.

When we put out a quote request for exterior painting on our house and porch, Tanner called us immediately and we scheduled a time for him to check out our property. He was on time for that first meeting and we received a fair quote. It was a big job but most of it was done in 2 days. He took care of every detail and did a great job cleaning up after his team. Since we were having all the painting done, we also had Tanner rebuild the front and back porch steps. The house turned out beautifully and we are very happy.

Very Respectful! Unlike previous contractors they showed up on time everyday until the job was completed. Quality was definitely enough to impress me(OCD old man)! Tanner and his guys have my respect and I recommend them for any work you need done on your house.

Tanner came in to remediate a job gone wrong with another contractor and did a superb job. I was so happy with his work that I asked him to do a lot more work in the house. He is completely reliable, prices his jobs fairly, is a great communicator and does all his work to a very high standard. He can turn his hand to most things but will also tell you if there is something he does not do. If I could give him more stars I would. Contractors like Tanner are few and far between. You will not be disappointed.
