The warrantee on our 1 year old home in St. Augustine will expire in one month. It seems logical to call in the help of an expert and have the home inspected to see how the condition is and it will help us in the discussion with the builder to point out the issues.
We found Geoff thanks to a flyer in our mail and I decided to give it a shot. Geoff was very, very responsive, had the right tome and I felt comfortable right away to let him do the inspection. Geoffrey recently did a home inspection for my client at Starke, Florida and we are impressed by his quick response to the task, a thorough walk through inspection and a quick turnaround detailed report. The report came in two parts-a summary for easy reading and a full report with hundreds of pictures showing the details of the areas where issues are and repair/fix are needed. We used the summary report for our repair guidance also for getting quotes from the contractors. Geoffrey proactively followed up with us providing explanations and discussions on the questions in relation to the report and we are happy with his service and would like to recommend him and his company for home inspection!

I would not recommend this home inspection company
Inspection was average, my decision for choosing this company was the 5 star unfortunately I did not experience the same. Few points he forgot to mention gas range operational but has not been converted to propane as the flames need to be 1" or lower other than that is unsafe to operate, roof does not have a permit on file for that your wind mitigation report won't be accepted by insurance to lower your premium, forgot to take pictures of condenser coils to prevent as he mentioned he did check the condition of them. And one that I can not understand how could he miss only one of my many text messages to Cancelled the inspection as they were working on the home to be inspect. I have talked to Geoffrey about this he has refunded for the wind mitigation one thing i did not like about the response has always been that he did his job well and I am wrong. That is just my true opinion

I am impressed with Geoff Miler of NuElement Inspections who I contracted to do my updated 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections. He is easy to schedule with an online booking and integrated payment system that makes everything simple and efficient. Geoff is professional, communicative and instructive about the process and how my house stacks up, answering all my questions, things I did not get with my previous inspections, and I highly recommend his services.

The Wind Mitigation I had done previously was incomplete, which meant my insurance premiums were much higher than necessary. Moreover, Geoff was able to perform additional services, such as supplying "satisfied" permits for the myriad of completed major renovations I had had done (new hip roof, impact-resistant windows all round the house, etc.,), which factor into reduced premiums. With insurance in Florida continuing to rise substantially each year, the documents Geoff provided reduced my premiums appreciably and I am so happy Matt Territo (Team Territo Real Estate Services) referred him to me.

We hired Geoff for a home inspection in North St. Johns. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the whole inspection process. I asked plenty of questions and he was happy to answer them in detail both during and after the inspection. The final report didn't leave out any details and had plenty of pictures and documentation supporting his findings. Would highly recommend.
