We needed a new roof, gutters and windows because of a hail storm. Shawn and his team took care of absolutely everything from dealing with the State Farm adjuster at the beginning of the process to personally double checking my yard with a magnet after the roofing crew finished.

Recently had to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. I contacted Shawn from NTX Construction Solutions and he was able to get someone over to inspect my roof the same day. They provided an estimate for our insurance company which was approved. They did an excellent job of replacing our roof in only one day of work. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up leaving no our yard looking like they had never even been there. Was a great experience done the way you want. Ntx did my roof a couple of years ago and yes I was pleased with their work. A couple of months ago, we had a wind storm in my area. It knocked down a tree in my back yard and damaged my roof and carport. Who did I call...NTX. They came out in a timely manner and completed the small job for a reasonable cost. Once again I was pleased with their work and their timeliness ok completing.

He was on time and very knowledgeable about all that was need to get through this process from dealing with the insurance company to picking the perfect shingle for me. First time homeowner here, last hail storm wrecked our house. This was a first for me having to go through home insurance to get our roof fixed. Logan, Shawn and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I work in construction and will be recommending NTX to everyone who asks!

These guys replaced our roof. The work crew is very unprofessional, Sloppy, and disrespectful of your person property. The owner (Shaw) response 1/2 time or when it is convenient for him. Day 1 of work, the crew shows up at 7am, ringing the door bell like it was a kids toy. Not to mention, they left everything that was on the back porch strung out in the yard after the job was "completed" and flung tar all over my fence. They left all kinds of grit/granules everywhere. Most roofing companies will use a blower to blow the debris off your porch's, sidewalks, gutter, but not these guys. They had to come back and replace several shingles that had been worn or improperly installed. Then when it came time for my homeowner ins. to renew, they required documentation & receipt from NTX to apply my discount and to renew my policy. I called and texted the owner several days for the documentation in Jan 2021, and to this day, I have not received the requested documentation. Only a reply text that said he would have it to me. This company was referred to me by a friend who is a friend of the owner. If this is how he treats a friend of a friend, I would hate to see how he treats an unknown new client.

Beyond efficient, they are a get it done now company! Adam is outstanding on keeping you updated on what is happening daily. He went above and beyond my expectations! They had my 2 story roof torn out & completely done on a cold bad weather day. I couldn’t even tell they were here, except for my gorgeous roof. Adam also sent someone immediately in the pouring rain, to cover the damaged ceiling and roof (when water was coming through my ceiling before new roof) Amazing service, excellent work, on all levels.They worked with my insurance company too. So grateful & thankful. Their follow up is outstanding!
NTX Construction Solutions the Best!!!!

NTX came to me with Allstate’s highest recommendation and I was delighted with the great new black roof Adam and Shawn installed for our house. I was also very impressed by the many extras NTX gave us, including painting our front door. Adam and Shawn are very well networked and found us a contractor to make us a new black metal gate with the Star of Texas! Five stars for sure. NTX has a permanent place in my IPhone. I will use NTX for all my future needs and I feel Adam and Shawn are now permanent friends.

Out of the several companies we spoke to about replacing our roof, we chose NTX Construction because they were the most honest and upfront. Shawn and Adam were sincere and understood the roofing business very well. They were able to provide me with the information and choices we needed to replace the roof.
