Excellent service. Very pleased with their work. Josh and Justin were very helpful. They communicated and kept me in the loop throughout. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my house roof. 10/10 recommended.

Not often that contractors grade high on quality, timeliness, price and responsive communications but the truth is that NRG really cares about their performance and customers and it shows in all these areas. Super highly recommended... Frank and Al are great guys and Jane is super responsive.

Justin inspected our roof for damages after the last hale incident. He is prompt, respectful and thorough. Will recommend to all of my friends. Very helpful and kind guy.

Justin from NRG communicated well and showed up on time for his appointment. He used a drone to take detailed photos of our roof as we had a decent hail storm recently and wanted to make sure there wasn’t significant damage. He gave an honest assessment of the damage and although it didn’t appear we needed work this time I will happily reach out again if another storm does more damage.

Joe and his crew were awesome and did a great job fixing a problem we had with our roof. I would not hesitate in hiring them again.

Frank and Al & their team were wonderful! I had suspicions of mold around my bathroom skylight & bedroom. First time dealing with issues like these, so I was very confused and concerned. Frank called me and walked me through everything -- making me feel so much better about the situation. They came out RIGHT AWAY. and tested both air and surface samples. Checked my whole condo to be safe. Really appreciate their team and can't wait to work with them if ever needed in the future!

I highly recommend NRG Restore. They were very responsive and came by to remove some mold on my shower ceiling. And then they came by a few days later for complimentary cleaning of some rust residue from our old shower light trim. The shower is looking great now! They also gave me preventative tips and links to products as well.

The crew at NRG did a great job getting my claim approved. They also did a great job installing my new roof.

From my first contact with NRG ( Joe Girolamo ) made me realize it was a great decision to contact this company, We went through 3 adjusters yet everything was repaired as promised and within our timeline. Great company great employees highly recommend. Very professional, zero issues. During this entire process Joe contacted us at least once a week to keep us informed and answered any questions we had. Joe did a great job, He made sure all materials were delivered and placed in the correct location and was present when the roof and interior was repaired and insured all clean up was done. Joe earned my respect the way he represented me to my insurance company ( my insurance company rep actually called me and told me there was no way they would cover any thing ) THANKS JOE.

Just WOW!! I really didn’t think Jay and Tommy were going to be able to make it happen. I’ve always heard horror stories about filing a claim… these guys not only were thorough but communicated every step of the way and were very engaging with my insurance company. They handled the adjuster appointment and had it approved right of way.

If you are looking for honest reliable contractors Jay and Tommy go above and beyond. 5 stars any day of the week.
