Novak's Continuous Metal Gutters

I contacted this company to get a quote for replacing my gutters. Was told they would send Fred out in 'a couple days' to inspect and get back to me with a quote. One full week later, still no visit from Fred nor any kind of communication about when Fred might arrive. I would not recommend any company that communicates so poorly with it's potential customers. It's a real indication how that customer should expect to be treated if services are engaged.

So grateful for Novak's. I had a few quotes but this organization is so professional and gets the work done quickly. I would highly recommend them. They are truly the best and it was affordable. Thank you Novak's for taking such good care of me!

Overall great customer experience. I had multiple quotes done by different local contractors for a new gutter system for a relatively simple install. All the quotes came in at the exact same price per linear foot which I found interesting. What won me over working with Novak's is their responsiveness, ease of scheduling, and ease of payment. It seems to be harder and harder to find a contractor these days that can do quality work and finish a job when they say they will, so working with Novak's was a great experience. They're professionals!

Pat and his team at Novak's Continuous Metal Gutters did an excellent job of replacing a large section of our home gutters. We had an issue where the original gutter alignment posed a potential drainage problem. Pat carefully explained the situation and the options to resolve it. The result was beautiful. He assured me that if there were any other problems after installation that they would resolve them. It poured down rain the very next day and the gutters flowed perfectly.

We had an occassional gutter overflow at our condo. The existing system was routed into a drain pipe. Novak recommended a larger gutter and downspout. Unfortuantely, they did not route the downspout into the drain line. The new downspout was dumping water in a place that could cause water damage to one of our units. When they were called back to address this issue, we were told that it wasn't a gutter issue and we could buy an adapter at Home Depot. Their expensive gutter solution is now causing a much bigger problem then the occassional overflow we experienced.

Novaks just installed gutters on our 100+ years old house after substantial repairs and new cedar shingles. We are experienced remodelers, used to working with contractors of all types to do the jobs we don't have the skills for. Novaks' office staff and crew were cooperative and adaptive, making them easy to work with and ensuring top quality results. The new gutters look great (with a close color match to our trim) and work much better than the old system. That wasn't easy to accomplish on our house, which is far from "plumb and level" at this point. Thanks, Novaks! We are entirely satisfied with the outcome!

I hired Novaks to put new gutters on my detached garage, and at the front of my house a while ago. So far quite a few of the pins of the gutters have come out, and I’ve had to have people come out to nail them back in. A two-story downspout on the garage fell off this past winter winter because their bracket broke. They only put one bracket up to hold up a two story downspout. Another downspout is starting to come undone from the gutter, and I have had to hire another company to do the repair. I called Novaks first but they informed me that they have a only two-year warranty and it would cost me $360 for them to even come out. The person that answered the phone acted like she could care less. Was supremely uninterested in the poor quality of their work and the ending issues.. Will never use them again. I’ve hired Rainforest gutters to come out and reinforce all the downspouts. They have a special bracket they put on to ensure the spouts stay up and won’t fall down. they show up on time and they are friendly. Price is very comparable to Novaks.

I contacted Novak’s to provide an estimate for a new gutter and downspout. I found their price reasonable and ordered the work. They completed the work as scheduled and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Novaks installed new gutters and downspouts on our new little house. They were fast and efficient and were able to work around some existing trenching to get the job done.

I cant say enough about Novak. Fred showed up with his team and were incredilble! They took down our old terrible gutters and left us with beautiful well contructed seamless beauties! I would recommend them to anyone for sure!
