These guys are the best! Josh and his crew are dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable. I had a back yard that was just dirt and they made an incredible covered patio, fire pit area and grilling area. Josh always kept me updated and in the loop. Everything was done right, no cutting corners. I won't use anyone else, and I have referred them to several people. Thank you Josh, Mike and Chris!

Josh was absolutely great! The job was to widen our garage door. He worked with the door company, handled the stucco, plumbing, electrical, painting. Josh and his crew were phenomenal! Our bathroom renovations are beautiful! Renovations are difficult for me to decide on, but Josh made it much easier by walking me through the isles of a home improvement store to come up with my design ideas. He helped me to choose everything I needed: tile, flooring, mirrors, and all the bathroom hardware. When my design ideas fell short, Josh had a gentle way of suggesting a better idea so that I ended up with that "WOW!" factor. Josh and his crew took care of our home as they were working and completed the work on the promised date. A great team to work with!

Nova Construction did a superb job in transforming a workshop into a garage. From demolition of an exterior wall to allow the necessary framing of the new garage door, advising on a proper garage door, installing the door to include electrical work, putting up drywall and painting the new drywall with a perfect match in color and finally laying a huge new concrete pad for the new garage. His crew was prompt, professional, courteous and even cleaned up at the end of the work day! I am immensely pleased with the final product and look forward to engaging Nova Construction with additional projects to come.

Due to the professionalism of the new garage door install, I requested a remodel of a half bath into a new bath with shower. This project was of huge proportions as it required busting out the tile flooring, creating a deep trench through the house high pressure concrete foundation, being creative in installing a new drain line for the new shower to be built, knocking down an existing wall to significantly increase the square footage of the new bathroom, building a custom designed shower that required new water supply lines to be installed for the new shower, reconfigure the electrical lighting, installing a new vanity and sink and re-tiling the entire floor with saltillo tile to complement the Mexican styled shower project. The final touch was to paint the entire new room. What was an incredible amount of work was completed to perfection. Additionally, I must add that a tremendous amount of this work was performed while I was out of town on a family emergency and no one was home while this work was performed. The point is that I fully trust Nova Builders, each and everyone of the crew of workers and Josh Krause (owner). I most highly recommend Nova Builders, Josh and each of his permanent crew members and cannot praise enough the quality of workmanship they always perform.

Joshua Krause, owner of Nova Builders & Development LLC, was one of seven building contractors contacted for a quote on remodel of our back room. This included tearing two exterior walls, replacing three doors, installing new windows, sheet rock and insulation, texturing all walls and ceiling, new tile floor and stucco. We were impressed with Joshua’s knowledge and suggestions for alternative options. His work crew are experienced and have been with him for over four years. His firm has been in business since 2018. We could not find one bad review. Joshua communicated to us on a daily basis regarding arrival time and work to be completed. The project was finished with in the time frame given. Professional quality of work was evident. We are very happy with our new room. We highly recommend Nova Builders.

We contracted with Nova Builders & Development to replace our leaking flat roof (single family home) and repair and paint all exterior stucco. Josh estimated the job would take about 3 weeks to complete and they were finished 3 weeks and 1 day after work commenced. For a job with many potential surprises, they finished on-time and did a very good job. I have no prior experience with roofing contractors, but it looks good to me!

Josh Krause was always either on-site or readily available if necessary. Communication was never a problem and we were kept up-to-date on progress along the way. The 3-man crew was on-time, courteous, friendly and did a great job of clean up when the job was done.

I want to add that we first contacted Angi, but only one contractor responded to our request for quote. I didn't feel completely comfortable with that discussion (nothing specific, just a feeling) and his quote was actually $3K more than Nova, although we didn't know that at the time. After receiving no more response from Anji, I sought out recommendations from a friend and that's how I learned about Josh at Nova Builders.

I highly recommend Nova Builders & Development and plan to call them again when we're ready for future remodeling projects.

Nova Builders & Development worked on a rental house for me. The house needed to be renovated. The house needed some tile installed, a tub, shower and bathroom work, walls repaired and new windows installed and much more. Nova provided me with a reasonable quote and got after it.
The walls were professionally repaired in no time. The bathroom work was amazing. Even have GFI plugs that I didn't before.... even installed a separate shower from the ground up with concrete and 2x4's. Excellent work!!!!
I was totally happy when it came to the windows. Getting rid of the old casement crank windows. The old windows were cut out with no damage to the walls, and the new windows fit like a glove.
I was very pleased with Josh and the crew and plan on having the outside structure worked on in the near future.

I've been conversing with Joshua for a long time. He worked with me for a long time on plans for a workshop that unfortunately never came to fruition because of cost. It was a small project and no one else in town even bothered to call me back, so his help was greatly appreciated.

But a couple months ago he remodeled my shower for me. It was a fiberglass hole before, and now it feels spacious and luxurious. I had a few minor issues with the final result, but I was overall very satisfied. However, he wasn't content and came and addressed my issues. Wonderful service.

Josh and his team converted my two 8 foot garage doors into one 16’11” door and did it in a professional manner that is rare around here.

Josh with Nova installed a custom front door & replaced our back door for our 1941 stone cottage home. This was a challenging task due to the age & build of our home. “Off-the-shelf” doors would not work.
