The NW roof maintenance team - Angelo and Shawn - arrived right on time to clean our roof. They greeted me warmly with a handshake and introduced themselves, then clearly the work order and how they planned to carry out the job. They also asked if I had any questions or special requests before getting started.
The roof cleaning itself was outstanding. The 3 skylights were left sparkling - cleaner than they’ve ever been, even compared to previous window cleaning. They also went above and beyond by straightening a gutter that had been damaged by a fallen limb and thoroughly cleaning up all the roof debris in the yard.
Before leaving, Angelo and Shawn told me everything they’d done and gave me an update on the condition of the roof. I was very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and the overall quality of their work. I recently had Josh, With Northwest roof maintenance, come to my home to help me with some repairs on my roof, including some ventilation screens. He was wonderful. I really appreciated his communication with what he was about to do and what he finished doing. He worked so hard and spent so much time taking care of the repairs. I was beginning to feel sorry for him of how much time he was spending, but I guess it was all needed and he was very meticulous with doing everything just so. I highly recommend them and Josh.

Josh, Tanner, and their colleagues did a good job on some significant repairs to my concrete tile roof, as well as cleaning the entire roof. They were all pleasant people and easy to work with. We recently had our skylight replaced, and Gage and Eric did an outstanding job! They were professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. The installation went smoothly, and they left the area clean and tidy when finished. The new skylight looks great and it even included a remote controlled blind. We're very happy with the results. Highly recommend this team for any skylight needs.

We had a leak in our tile roof and had Northwest inspect it. I was surprised to have an inspection completed within 24 hrs on Friday. Early Monday morning I received the inspection results complete with photos of concerning areas The bid for correcting my problems was reasonable.
The following morning I had a crew of four professionals arrive. Tanner, Joey, Shawn and Josh F did a great job. After meticulously repairing the leak, they also brought the entire 27 yr roof to good as new condition. We had a good experience with them and I feel confident about the quality of their work.

Northwest Roof did a great job explaining the leaking issue we were having, and chimney repair we needed and were out in a few days to fix the problem. Josh and Ryan did a great job with the repair work they did and took the time to explain what they did and cleaned up after work was completed. I called for a quote less than a week ago and they came out today to do the job was very efficient and fast. The technicians who came out Tanner & Joey were superb very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all the questions we had throughout and made sure before they left the roof and property was completely clean. We truly appreciate they took the extra time to clean we have 3 kiddos. Would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Reuben Stuart looked our roof over and advised us what needed and not needed to be done. He was thorough and honest in his assessment. Josh L and Diego two young men that cleaned and removed the moss from our roof were very conscientious and diligent in their work. Due to the pitch of our roof they had to install anchors. Unlike other firms I had interviewed didn’t just temporary anchors but used permanent anchors that don’t creat a potential source of leaks. I highly recommend NW Roof Maintenance.

We are delighted with our new roof! Scrambled up there yesterday and everything looks great. The exhaust vents were relocated so that they wouldn't be hidden under the solar panels, the shingle lines are straight and well-nailed, edges are clean and tight. I had some repairs to my roof that needed to be done, so I called NW Roof and they were able to get me into their schedule in a quick and timely manner.

Ryan and Elliot came out to my home, set up, and got to work. Once the main portion of the work had been done, they split up to take on a few smaller issues that needed attention. They were both kind and professional. After they completed the work, they both cleaned up, told me they had completed the job and thanked me for the opportunity to fix my roof.

I was ver pleased with both the company, as well as Ryan and Elliot, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Shawn and Angelo came out and did not fix the issue, in fact they replaced a shingle in the front of the property that didn’t need to be replaced and unfortunately it is visible when you drive up. The technician prior to that was trying to use caulking to fix lifted shingles when they needed to be replaced. I had to tell him to replace them as per the bid. I think that Micah did a terrific job with the estimate and explaining what needed to be done, unfortunately it has taken 4 trips to execute what was agreed upon.

My experience with Northwest Roof Maintenance has been excellent. I’ve used their services twice now. The first time was last September when they corrected issues with my original roof installation. They added venting to the roof ridges, which now allows hot air to escape and prevents it from accumulating in my attic. I worked with Micah, Jacob, Elliot, and Sean A.—all of whom were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering my questions.

The second time was in March when Shawn M. cleaned the roof debris and applied a moss treatment. After finishing the roof, he went above and beyond by clearing all the debris from the ground—a significant task given the size of my property. He was professional, kind, and did an outstanding job.

This was our second experience with Northwest Roof Maintenance. We used them for a repair a few years ago and a roof replacement today. Pablo, Austin, Gage, Marlon and Miguel did a great job with our roof. They showed us pictures of the process and completely cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with the roof repair and moss removal. Was nice to work with, on time and did a great job. Heavy rains followed a day later and proved it was quality workmanship.

We called them to inspect and accepted the quote for fixing minor issues and cleaning/moss treatment. The fixing seemed to be ok, but the cleaning and moss treatment weren’t as expected. We thought they would clean and treat the moss for the whole roof, but they actually did just 1/4 of 2,200 sq ft roof (550 sq ft) for $592. It wasn’t stated clearly in the quote. Fyi, the roof is old but it wasn’t dirty since we cleaned/treated the moss, cleaned the gutters a year ago for the whole roof and gutters for just $700 (cheaper and much more better by Homemaster if you want a name). Moreover, we asked 3 times for the pictures they took before and after to keep track, but have never received it. We won’t call them again (except something goes wrong during warranty time) and don’t recommend anyone to work with them.

Pablo and Angelo serviced our four-year-old roof this morning, and their work was outstanding! Both gentlemen were very polite and friendly. They arrived on time, confirmed the services we requested and immediately went to work.

They first removed some old gutter screens, and blew off all the debris from the roof. They then applied a moss treatment. After finishing the work, they washed the outside walls and quickly cleaned up all the debris, leaving the roof and the area looking great!

Jacob D and PJ did great work yesterday. Job completed in a day, connecting new vents for bathroom fans, replacing shingles. I'd use this company again if needed.

Josh did a great job replacing & resealing the box vents that had broken and leaked. The pictures and detail provided when the job was done were very thorough, and took the time to explain relevant concepts & considerations to minimize any roofing issues down the road.

Bonus points: While working he had rested some materials on 2 other box vents that weren’t contracted to be replaced, which were so brittle that they crumbled on contact. Josh went and got replacements and installed them free of charge.

When I do need to replace the roof sometime in the next several years, I will 100% be calling NW Roofing Maintenance.

Ryan was excellent, on time and responsive. A hard worker who spent five hours on a steep roof in the light rain. He cleaned the moss off the seven replacement tiles and washed them thoroughly before reinstalling. He left no debris or equipment behind.

We’ve used Northwest Roof Maintenace multiple times over the last 5 years and have been happy every single time.

We bought a home that had deferred maintenance and we had roof problems right from the get-go. We tried a wide assortment of roofing companies that charged us a ton, but never got the roof fixed for good. Plus, with a tile roof, the number of people who can work on them is limited.

Enter NW Roof Maintenance and finally our problems were solved... and better yet, stayed solved. They identified not just the problem, but also the source of the problem... and they fixed the source of the problem.

On Wednesday and Thursday we had them out to clean our roof and now everything looks brand new. They cleaned up exactly as they said they would and left everything better than the way they found it.

Because of the deferred maintenance on our home, we have had so many tradespeople enter our home and complete fixes. Whenever we invite Northwest Roof Maintenance out, we always know they will bring the correct tools, they’ll arrive on time and will get the job accomplished... which I can only say for a handful of our contractors to date.

Northwest Roof has been our "go-to" company for maintenance on our roof in Hillsboro for many years. We always have a great "phone experience" and even better service on the actual roof, which they have kept in A-1 condition with maintenance and minor repairs. Would never think of making a change. This July 2025, Josh and Diego did a fine job clearing debris from our front gutters and installing a new and better rain downspout.
