Spencer did a phenomenal spring cleaning for us — he washed our solar panels (they look brand new!), cleaned gutters, removed moss from the roof, and applied eco-friendly moss preventer. I appreciated his attention to detail, as he made sure to clean up moss and gutter debris from the house perimeter that had fallen off the roof during cleaning. Will 100% hire Spencer again in the future.

Gerry did an AMAZING JOB. He showed up when he was scheduled, was very polite, hard worker and wanted to make sure everything was done to Perfection! Spencer came out on short notice and took care of our roofs and clogged gutters on a miserable rainy day. While he was here he also cleaned our solar panels without using any toxic chemicals. He cleaned up after himself and his price was fair. I will use him again without hesitation.

My permanent holiday lights look amazing!! Jonah did a great job -- above and beyond what we originally needed, all at a very reasonable final price. Cleaned our solar panels and gave pro-active suggestions to ward off moss that could grown underneath to damage our roof. He also came back to do the roof of our covered deck, which we inherited with the house and had never been cleaned (we're pretty sure). Helps that he's friendly and easy to chat with.

Spencer did a great job on my roof. I asked him to do the "soft wash" service, because I had a definite buildup of moss. He used a soft brush to scrub most of the moss loose, and then sprayed the roof with a bleach solution to kill off whatever he couldn't manually remove. The roof looks great and I am relieved to know that my roof's lifespan is protected. I was extra happy to use Spencer's company as he is hyperlocal to me and it's nice to support a small business in my neighborhood. He even promised to keep an eye on my roof and come back if any followup work is needed. I appreciate that level of service.

I had NW pro wash come out to my home today to do a roof clean, moss removal, and gutter cleaning. They were very professional. They were able to schedule me within the week. Showed up on time. Walked me through everything they were doing before they did it and explained why they use the tools they use and the chemicals they used. They were super thorough. I decided to hire Northwest Prowash after my regular roof cleaning company did not respond to my request for service. Benjamin explained my options clearly and scheduled the work. I decided to go with the moss removal, chemical treatment and gutter cleaning. Spencer came promptly on the day of appointment. He spent over 3 hours cleaning my roof and gutters. Since I share a roof with my neighbor, I had to warn him not to go over the neighbor’s side as they’ve complained before when my contractor “trespassed” onto their property. My neighbor was impressed with his cleaning and did not complain. He cleaned up all the debris and even collected some of the broken branches in my yard. I also asked him to take photos of the roof so I can inspect his work. He obliged and explained to me what he did. Excellent communication, great execution and reasonable charge for services.

We couldn’t have asked for better service from Spencer. After an initial mixup that I may have contributed to, Spencer was able to come out the same day on our small job (solar panel washing) doing a great job. Thanks Spencer!

I highly recommend NW Pro Wash. Spencer clean roof by brushing off the Moss with broom then blow off the whole rooftop and gutters, he done a great job. I am thinking of use this service every year.

Spencer worked on my two story roof and did an excellent job.

I believe he cleans roofs the correct way, lightly brushing off the moss and then cleaning the roof with a bleach mix. He spent a lot of time on my roof. He seems to be very thorough and courteous, and will make your roof so much better when it’s done.

We absolutely had a GREAT experience with Spencer! We needed to have moss removed from our roof, and mildew washed from our siding. Our house was looking pretty neglected and Spencer showed up and made our house GLOW ! He went above and beyond by cleaning up and cutting down some tree branches along our house. I wish I took some “before” pictures, but believe me, it’s shining now! Would definitely recommend and would call again in a heartbeat!

My roof had a lot of moss. We tried to spray with chemicals but the moss did not come out. I was worried about hiring a company as we did not want pressure washing. Northwest Pro wash did an amazing job getting all the moss with gentle brush. The roof looks brand new again. Totally recommend.
