Nick & his crew were onsite for 3 days & did a fabulous job, cleaning all.of our buliding & carport gutters & adding moss treatment to our roofs. He also spoke w/several of our owners advising them of their patio awning issues. He took photos of problem areas & let me know about them asap.

In addition, as an HOA, you normally hear only things folks are unhappy about, but w/Northside Roofing, what we got was comments about how nice & hardworking the entire crew was & that Nick went over & above.

It's difficult to do an entire community of 22 buildings with tile roofs. Northside Roofing was very professional & did a great job! They guarantee their work for a year & due to a squirrel hiding their peanuts in a downspout Nick has already had to come back out & resolved the issue.

I tend not to leave reviews but my experience was not good so I thought some feedback was warranted. We had a chimney flashing repaired on a rental house. I went with the recommended deluxe option to fix it long term. It was completed in one day and cost 1500 and I got the message that there would be "no more leaks". It subsequently leaked worse in a new place in the same area where it never leaked before causing the tenants to protest and fret over mold. When asked if they would return to look at it the business owner was on a holiday and could not get back and suggested that it was my bad roof that was the problem. Which is old but I had simply asked for the leak to be fixed and to do whatever it took. Nor could they find anyone else anyone else who could come to fix it or even look at it despite the original work being done by "his guys" and not himself. I had to hire another contractor since it was raining. The business owner seemed to want to come back but simply could not interrupt the vacation or find another person. I guess the lesson was make sure they are not planning a vacation after the repair.

We recently had a large tree branch fall through our pergola’s thin sheet metal roof. I was referred to Nick at Northside Roofing by the previous homeowner to see if he could help us. Nick came out and took a look and said he could put his crew on it right away. Evidently they had some limited time available while waiting on materials for a large job.

The end result was that Nick, Steve and Anthony showed up the next day and got right to work. They finished installing a new wood/clomp shingle roof on our pergola in only two days.

They are hard working crew that gets the job done the right way with no shortcuts. We are extremely satisfied the quality of their work and highly recommend Northside Roofing. If you decide to go with Nick and his crew I’m sure you’ll be glad you did.

Nick initially came to inspect roof leaks in a couple of spots. He gave an extremely reasonable explanation, fix and reasonable prices. Within a week, he was able to schedule us in. Him and his buddy came over, did excellent work and on top was able to fix a window leak. Great job by both! Would highly recommend Nick and his team of Northside Roofing. Best wishes

Do not hesitate to call on Northside Roofing for your roofing needs! I had set up a time to have Nick and his crew come out to clean our gutters in the S. Burlingame area today. They cleaned the gutters thoroughly, and cleaned the roof including removing some moss that had accumulated. On top of that and at no extra charge they secured some loose roof tiles and re-caulked around some areas (roof vents) where the old caulk had worn away (after showing me clear photos of the needed repairs). I have no doubt this saved me from having to repair a few future roof leaks and torn tiles (from wind). This is a reliable roofing business that I took a chance on after finding them on Craigslist. I will use them in the future!

Nick and his team do a great job! I have used Northside Roofing for my annual gutter cleaning for years. Recently I had a some drywall bubbling inside my home. Nick found the leak and did the repair on the roof the same day his crew was doing the gutter cleaning. Highly recommended!

I cant say how much I appreciate Northside Roofing and their quick response to my roof leak. I had a roof exhaust vent that had several holes in it (that I didn't even know about) which was allowing water to flow directly into my attic and then into a bathroom during one of the many December rainstorms we had in 2022 All the other roofers were 2 weeks out at a minimum, however Nick came through like a champ. He was able to send a guy out that afternoon to fix the vent. I highly recommend Northside and their prompt and professional service.

Nick with Northside Roofing is beyond awesome! He has helped us out in a pinch a couple of times now and the response and work were incredible. We had shingles get blown off our house and we discovered it when water was leaking into our house and he was quickly responsive and got the roof repaired immediately and prevented any further damage to our home. I highly recommend him and Northside Roofing and will be contacting them again any time we have future roofing related needs.

I used this company owned and run by Nicholas Parsley in October of 2017 to inspect my roof and gutters and to then clean my roof and treat it to prevent more growth of mold and moss. They left my roof looking great and cleaned up all the stuff that came off the roof after. I have now used them again a few days ago and Steve did an excellent job. I am looking forward to having them inspect and maintain my roof yearly. To have such attention to detail, leaving every tile on my roof clean and treated is wonderful. Knowing that such an important part of my home is in proper condition puts my mind at rest. The pricing is very reasonable as well and the owner is responsive and reachable.

I always get multiple bids on jobs. This was for cleaning gutters and installing guards on a high house. These guys r not the fancy brochure type outfit so if u want that, and u want to pay those prices then shop somewhere else. If you want a great, honest price, professionals that communicate really well, install the product superbly and completely clean up then this is your company. I can’t believe I stumbled across this company so they will be doing additional work for me and I’ve already shared their contact info with my friends and family. Do yourself a favor and have them bid your job.

Their team was super responsive & helpful! Two of my neighbors used them and we’re happy so I got their number and had them come out to clean our gutters. Their price was reasonable and they went above and beyond! We will definitely be using them again next year!

These guys are great, I was having issues with my gutters overflowing and then pulling away from my house as you can see in these pictures. So not knowing who to call I got a great referral from a neighbor who has used these guys in the past, and he said they were the best. Well he wasn’t kidding. I called and got immediate response which was great and I couldn’t believe it, but they made time and were there very quickly I think it was even the next day which was amazing! The last thing I needed was my gutters falling off…But they came out, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned my gutters top and bottom, inspected my roof, and nailed all my gutters back into place, and they were very fair in their pricing! Plus it saved me from having to crawl up there myself, and probably falling off my roof… They were wonderful. It’s hard to find someone good you can trust these days, but these guys were great. Great work, on time, (quicker than I even expected)!and a fair price .I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs good work done at a fair price and in a timely manner…Thanks guys you’re awesome, and saved me a lot of work I wasn’t looking forward to doing…

I saw Nick working on a neighbor's roof and asked him for a bid on cleaning mine, plus the gutters. It had been some time since I'd had it cleaned so there was quite a bit of moss and the gutters were packed. He gave me a reasonable price, showed up when he said he would, and let me inspect the work afterwards with him. Can't ask for more!

What a great guy and crew! Responsive, quality workmanship and fair pricing all in one. Plus, I TRUST them. I accidentally overpaid an invoice and I got a call that night to let me know. Nick didn't need to do that, he could've cashed the check I probably wouldn't have known. I will call them first for any roofing needs from now on.

Nick is true pro. A rarity amoung contractors; he has excellent communication, fair prices, shows up on time, does a great job and then (get ready) thoroughly cleans up at the end! My roof looks great and the gutters are clear. Nick also spotted some damaged collars around our vent stacks during his initial inspection, something we would never have noticed from ground level. Because he is a roofer and not just some dude on Craigslist, he was able to add it to his scope and fix on the same visit.
