Mike and his team did an excellent job remolding our bathroom. We removed the tub and shower to make one large walk in shower. Mike helped us with the design and did all of the demo and new construction. Mike and his team are terrific to work with. I highly recommend these guys! We are very pleased and will do additional work in the future with Northshore Renovations.

I first used Mike Jones, of Northshore Renovations, in 2019 to remodel my master bathroom. I was so pleased with the job they did, I hired him again last year to renovate my kitchen, breakfast area, dining room and den.

Mike's crew is always courteous and professional. They show up when they say they will and are always on time. Mike usually visited the job site three times each day and immediately addressed any questions or concerns.

I was very pleased with all of the work that was done and have recommended this company to family and friends. I would not hesitate to use this company on any future project.

Michael Jones of Northshore Renovations came to my rescue when termites were found in my wood floors thru out my house and master bathroom shower wall. He and his crew started promptly at 7 am each morning ready to start the day and at the end of day, the house was swept and clean for the next morning. Mike and his crew were so professional! Great work and on time every day. Had my porch completely rebuilt from poor workmanship from a previous crew years ago. And rebuilt a great fence entering my yard. This crew is reliable and professional! Highly recommended from several of my clients as well. You won’t be disappointed !

I rated one star, because that’s the lowest it could go. The customer service is surely the worst. My mother called and asked for a quote on a simple job and it was a bit out of our price range and she simply said “thank you, but my husband won’t go for that.” And it was gonna be the end there, but no. This man told her, very rudely, to just get her husband to do it. As in my father. My father is in a wheelchair and can’t do it, otherwise he would. It was very out of the box and rude for him to say it like that. There was no sense for it. He didn’t even apologize after my mom told him that my father was in a wheelchair.
0/10, do not recommend. Get someone else to answer your phone calls so they don’t run your potential business away.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Michael Jones came out immediately to give an estimate on a bath job. We recognized him at once-he had come out in January, was to send tile man to measure & give price-never heard from them! Asked him about this-he said they get SO MANY CALLS. Swamped, So they just don't bother to call back. "We can't help everybody." They must cherry pick jobs. Unapologetic, surly, rude. He may not be interested in a job, but there is no 3rd use goes I h an attitude. He should quit sendi,g out advertising postcards if he is so swamped! Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
