Back in Aug of 24, I had wind damage to my roof. Northgate Construction did all the leg work with the insurance company. They called while I was on the line and made the claim. Fast Forward to April of 25, Insurance finally approved a new roof. Northgate did not give-up and was in constant contact with the insurance co. Tim was my inspector he was kind, kept me up to date, and always called me back. A+++++++++++

The NorthGate Construction Team was amazing to do business with. Starting w Terry who was very thorough and kind! He helped service my needs remotely online! I was able to sit through a short Zoom presentation regaring the purchase of my new roof! I really appreciated his expertise and his ability to listen to me to help save me some money regarding the purchase of my roof! Hats off to a job we'll done!

A friend sent me to NorthGate and I'm very glad they did! My roof was over 30 years old and definitely on its last legs (unfortunately as a result insurance wouldn't cover it), so Amanda and Zack showed up, took a look, competed directly with the other estimates I'd had, explained the choices and we all agreed on the best mix of options; and then scheduled the replacement for only a week or so later! As I was expecting to be out of the country shortly after that was a huge load off my mind.

Installation only took a day including adding some extra insulation into the attic while it was open, with basically no damage or detritus left. We even made a change on the day when it was discovered some additional ventilation wasn't needed, which saved a little extra money and helped the roof look a little cleaner! A few days later the gutters were installed, and I even got a call that some of the new shingles were damaged in the process of the gutter install so they came back out to replace those.

Then the SNAFUs with the bank started, and again, Amanda was extremely patient and helpful. I even offered to share "in process" paperwork, but was told no need. Eventually the bank finally did approve the draw and the process was handled, but not having to constantly worry after the bank and Northgate made the process much easier!

I would absolutely recommend (and have done) NorthGate to anyone for excellent roof work, and excellent to work with!

Northgate construction came and did my roof almost 2 years ago, I coordinated everything through Amanda. The roof replacement was done professionally in one day with a large team, 15-20 people. They took pictures to show progress of the work as evidence and everything was cleaned when they left. Last week, we had strong winds and part of my siding by the chimney ripped apart. I called Amanda for help because of the height. Quickly, she and Zack came and helped to put the siding back. Appreciate Amanda and Zack support.

Zach and Amanda were fantastic through the process. They had great open lines of communication, no high pressure sales but gave us the information needed to make the best informed decision for ourselves. The crew protected our windows and plants very well, were very respectful of our property, and did a great job. Some of the crew even assisted me with moving some heavy lawn bags so waste management did not miss them without me even asking for the help. The roof looks beautiful and the price was very reasonable, we could not be more pleased!

Not recommending it at all. I would give negative stars if google allow it.
Left my furnace exhaust pipe open in the attic which caused ice buildup in the winter and also didn’t seal the vent properly causing a leak surrounding it. When called for it and provided the pictures, asked for additional $200 in top of the $18,000 new roof cost to just an inspector to come and evaluate. Unacceptable.
Already told my friends and family not to deal with this company.

I unexpectedly needed a new roof in a very small time frame because insurance companies have no soul. Brian Patrick was able to give me a very fair quote and even caught some short comings other vendors were trying to upsell me on. I had a new roof in less than 3 weeks and it looks great. I’d highly recommend northgate to do my roof again.

Updated Review: Be very cautious if you use this company; and don’t sign anything without reading EVERYTHING.

After confirming price with Project Manager and asking numerous times throughout the project about unfamiliar figures on invoices, they then claimed to have cleared everything up “with their CEO” and I provided final payment. Northgate is now a month later proceeding to collect additional funds significantly larger than all estimates provided with no answer as to why this figure is substantially higher.

The project manager rushed me to sign contracts months ago stating that it was to “Order the Material” but turns out Northgate had also inflated the price on these contracts from the estimate provided without saying anything, and had no reasoning as to why. Buyer Beware

1.10.25 Update: I received another unsolicited text from this company after explicitly asking to be removed from their marketing list. Their messaging doesn't even have the option to opt out. Initially, I was impressed with their quick response to my first review; however, it now feels like their CEO's comments were all talk and no action.

Northgate Construction delivers a complete package with unmatched customer service. The provide white-glove service through the entire project... assistance with insurance claims (helping file, meeting inspector, prepping roof, etc.), working with mortgage companies, explaining options, installation and clean up. We were extremely impressed with Mike (our sales rep) who went above and beyond by being at our home to oversee every step of the process. The final project (full roof, gutters and downspouts) looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend NGC to anyone in need of construction/roofing services.

Had hail damage from a storm. Mike W. Came out and inspected my roof for me. He showed up on time and was extremely detailed with his report. We went over the photos and observations. From there the entire process was seamless. They handled every step of the way except for the actual insurance claim. Once it was time to schedule everything went very fast and exactly like it was explained.

Mike was there day of install to check on everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy.

Everything is high quality and neat. My lawn was left clean with nothing damaged. Waste trailer was picked up the next morning and BAM just like that it was finished.

Our best decision was to contract Northgate Construction and roof inspector, Tim Snyder, for our new roof. The price was much fairer than other local roof companies. Tim gathered all the pertinent information needed for the insurance claim. Additionally, Tim advocated for us when the insurance company attempted to approve insufficient repairs that we protested. Tim aggressively advocated for us and we were awarded a full roof replacement.
Northgate executed a full staff of experienced workers that worked with pride and professionalism. They completed the work in one day including cleanup of our property. Tim Snyder was present during all phases of the operation; It was a pleasure working with Tim. He was there whenever we called and needed some clarity on the process. Tim is the best! Thank you, Tim!

Glen Wyscaver was an absolute pleasure to work with. A new roof was a must for our 88 yr. old mothers home where my sister and I reside to care for her full time. As you can imagine this was not in the budget. Amanda was very professional and prompt with roof installation of my house . She answered every question and provided many options to make the process very smooth . I highly recommend Northgate Construction for roof installation. Amanda was also very detailed in explaining insurance coverages and out of pocket expenses so I could make a very informed decision.

Northgate guys were in my neighborhood soliciting business quite aggressively. They seemed nice and offered free inspection. But once they got on roof, they removed “damaged” shingles without our approval. They did NOT mention this before getting on our roof nor did they check with us before removing the shingles. Also, if they win your business, they are offering discount for google reviews. That’s probably why we see so many good reviews.

We had Northgate replace our roof recently. They did a great job protecting our deck and landscaping as well as cleaning up after the job was done. Amanda was our primary point of contact at Northgate and she was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgable, and always made herself available to answer questions.

Working with Amanda at Northgate has been a pleasure from day one. She has been thorough and attentive to all details. I would recommend working with her and Northgate. Customer service exceptional and overall knowledge of the project top notch.

I just want to shot out Amanda who’s definitely the MVP in our process. I hired them to replace my house roof due to a water leak near the garage door. The inspection led to a $12k whole roof replacement. Unfortunately, 6 months after They installedthe new roof , I noticed the same water leak from exactlysame place. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received unsatisfactory support. Eventually, they sent someone who claimed the issue was where the roof meets the house siding , not their responsibility, offering a $275 fix.(( first inspection for the same issue let to replace the roof and now they said ot their responsibility )) This experience was disappointing as the entire roof replacement failed to resolve the initial leak.

My experience with them hasn’t been too good. They cracked my driveway during the winter. I’ve lived in my house for 20 years and never had issues with my driveway. They came during the winter time to replace my roof. My driveway was covered with snow and ice at the time. The crack was more or less a hairline crack on one of my slabs. After noticing the crack in the springtime, I reached out to Amanda the saleswoman. She immediately denied the crack was from them. I asked for photos of the driveway before they started the work as she told me it was custom they do this and she never responded. I even successfully referred another customer to them before I found out about the crack. I had another referral but decided not to send them their way. I even gave Amanda another chance to make things right with me but was responded with an ISLAMOPHOBIC/RACIST attitude. She wished me a Happy Easter very sarcastically, knowing full well I don’t celebrate it. I respect every person and never spurn anyone on their beliefs, especially out’ve spite. I responded by saying Happy Ramadan knowing she wasn’t a Muslim but just trying to get my point across that she was being insensitive. Her response confirmed to me that she was being spiteful. Before blocking me, she again sarcastically wrote:Praise Jesus! As if I was to be insulted by this! We as Muslims revere Jesus, Peace be Upon him, in high regards. We don’t believe in his divinity but we still love him as one of the greatest human beings and Proohets ever created. Amanda is just a very spiteful Islamophobe who is also very unprofessional!

Our reroof shingle replacement was just completed today, and I can’t express how incredible the whole process was. Anthony came out and did the inspection and had the company do all the contact work with AAA, our insurance. Updates were constant on the whole process and this is an excellent company to do work with. Roofers started at 8 A.M. and left completed at Noon!!! All the old shingles stripped off and cleanup was fantastic. This was two separate buildings and the crew of 25 did a great job.

We suffered significant wind damage to our roof in the fall, resulting in leaks and interior harm. Fast, Thorough, Efficient and Accommodating! These are the characteristics of my experience working with Northgate Construction. Our Roof Inspector was Brendon Hansen. He was our point of contact throughout the entire process. We had significant wind damage to our roof during the fall, which led to roof leaks and some interior damage. After our initial consultation Brendon & I planned to get the roof taken care of during the month of November and would finish the interior repairs after the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. The willingness to work around the holidays and make things convenient for me and my family meant the world to us. Our roof was completely done in one day. As an Air Force Veteran, who worked on roofs during my time in the service, it was amazing to see how fast they completed our roof in a coordinated fashion. My experience with Northgate construction was they installed a new roof for my home. We had several hail storms during the summer which caused some damage to our roof. We talked to other roofing companies and they set up appointments but never even got up on our roof before quoting a repair cost. We were recommended by a friend to contact Northgate construction. We contacted Northgate construction and spoke to one of their representatives Anthony who immediately made an appointment to come out the next day. Anthony came out talked to us and actually went on the roof to inspect for damage. He was absolutely professional and worked with us and our insurance adjuster and the insurance company itself. The roof was completed on the same day in the time frame they provided. After the job was completed their workers completely cleared and cleaned the entire work area and replaced everything that had been moved. Thanks to Amanda and the entire crew installing our new roof after this years hail damage. Amanda made the process understandable, seamless and as pain free as it could be. Weather delays happen but once they got started- they knocked it out in a day and we have a big steep roof!

Great experience with Logan and the rest of the Northgate team! I had a tricky section of flat roof that joined an addition to the rest of my house and I was getting a leak whenever it rained. A few of the support boards underneath the flat roof and around the windows were rotted and needed replacing. I got an immediate inspection and estimate and the work was completed within a week. The team showed up first thing in the morning and were cheerful and professional. Shortly after they were done, it rained hard and the same leak happened. I called them and they came out within an hour but by then it had stopped raining and there was no leak. The guys used a garden hose to spray different sections but no leak. Finally, they sprayed around the windows and we discovered the rain was coming through the edge of the window and had nothing to do with the roof. But, the guys caulked my window anyway, and there was no extra charge! If you are looking for a helpful, friendly company that goes above and beyond normal good service, this is it! Thanks guys!!

Our experience went well from start to finish. Great staff helped us with our insurance as well as getting all the details together so it could be approved. The install was fast and efficient. We discovered a leak and tarped it ourselves, and someone from Northgate Construction just happened to be going by and noticed. They asked our permission to take a look. So glad we did, because they told us our insurance should cover it from the damage they found. They were right! Thank goodness!
