Northern Colorado Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. They put a roof on our house when we bought it and then came back almost a year later and put a roof on our addition. The two roofs match perfectly :) We have not had any issues. The job was done professionally and on schedule.

It was a pleasure working with Jimmy Archer throughout this process. I was selling my house and getting my deck replaced when he came to inspect some damage that had been done to the roof from poor installation of the old deck cover. He identified hail damage and suggested that I call my insurance company to get a full roof replacement. He knew that I was in a big hurry to get the job completed and the insurance claim closed out before closing on the sale of my home, so he put my job into rush status and had his crew out within a couple days. I was new to the insurance claim process, and he worked through it with me to assure that I got the payments as quickly as possible. He also allowed me to pay him in installments after I received my insurance checks, which was incredibly helpful, since I had no money left after all of the work I had to do to the house to get it sold. I feel he went above and beyond from a customer service perspective. I would definitely recommend this company because of that.

Great experience with Northern Colorado Roofing. We have a leak in our ceiling from an unknown source so I called this roofer and they were able to assess the situation the following day. They were on time and honest, the roofer also wore a mask and practiced social distancing during our consult. Caulked some vents/dormers all at no charge. Will be using them if/when more roof work is needed. Thank you!
