Did an awesome job. Jake was great to work with making sure everything was done top notch and as quickly as we needed. They were especially helpful dealing with my insurance which was being a pain in the ass, but they got it worked out and everything was settled on the original agreed upon price. Would use again everytime.

We are very thankful to North West Roofing for their help with our insurance claim (roof and siding). After a quick start, things stalled out for a while. But then Sergio jumped in and got things rolling again, including an extension on our insurance claim.

Just had these guys check out our roof because we live in an area that gets a fair amount of hail, and we’ve gotten some pretty big storms. I was a little hesitant when they knocked and asked if we wanted a free assessment - one hears stories about scams for hail repairs. A quick google showed the reviews for these guys are solid. Sean hopped on the roof came back down and told me that our roof looks great we’ve got another 15-20 years as long as it stays this way. Really appreciated the peace of mind. I definitely will call them again if we have any concerns!

Also the guy who was coming around asking if we wanted the assessments was really nice and not at all pushy.

Could not be more grateful for North West Roofing and Don Graham. It had been 10 years since our last storm. We had hoped that Don was still in the industry and we found him with North West. They and Don have been amazing at guiding us through the process again this time. Communication has been timely and everything has been discussed in detail. I ask a lot of questions during these types and incidents and they have gone above and beyond to respond to them and help me understand the process!

They worked with my insurance company to make sure every detail was taken care of in a high quality manner with next to no oversight from me. I'm specifically reviewing the siding company Northwest Roofing utilizes and Charles Hall. Charles was extremely helpful and responsive with a repair that occurred shortly after they completed a full siding and gutter job on my home. He sent his team out to make it right and complete the repair. If you use Northwest roofing and siding is part of your service you will be very pleased. Also my sales rep Todd was wonderful to work with.

Not only do the employees not speak English, they have zero regard for homeowners property. Gutters thrown on my gazebo, patio table and brand new windows and screens. As if that's not enough, they put my American flag ON THE GROUND and the site manager laughed at me when I exploded about it. My flower beds have been trampled and no telling what mess I'll be left with when they are done!

This is the best company! They are super honest. I needed a hail resistant rating on my roof. They were able to get it to me promptly. I will definitely use them in the future!

I recently needed a house roofed in Colorado. I have been in the roofing industry for 13 years. I knew of a guy Paul Reed that I was friends with for a few years on Facebook and appeared very legit. I reached out to Paul by text then we had a short conversation by phone I believe. He had me set up with his team Darian Reed, Charles Hall and Ethanio Lozano in no time flat. I believe we roofed like 3 days later. These folks never missed a beat.

I was so impressed I wanted to see their office and meet Charles and Darian in person. The office was run just like production. Very organized to say the least. Everyone was busy. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing project you may have.

I was due for a new roof after the spring hail we've had here in Colorado. I had never been through the process. I met with Nick and he explained everything to me, how it would work with insurance and the adjuster, and he was really there for every step of this through estimating, scheduling, installation, and inspection.

I recently worked with North West Roofing for a roof replacement project, and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was made smooth and hassle-free, all thanks to their project manager, Bill U.

The roofing installation crew also deserves some praise for their hard work. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and wasted no time getting to work. Sam was very thorough and professional in his inspection for haul damage. He took photos of the area he inspected and pointed out any damage he found. Fortunately there was only a damaged window screen. He was willing to answer any and all my questions. Should I require a roof replacement in the future I'll likely call North West for the job.

Updated to 4 stars because Kerry was very kind and came out to our house tonight to see if there was anything he could do to make things right. The workmanship on the roof is great and we appreciate his willingness to see our point of view.

North West Roofing was recommended to us by our Farmers Insurance agent. Our first interactions were great. Kerry, our sales rep, was attentive and responsive. He even met with us on a Sunday (June 11) to finalize roof type and sign our contract.

We were told that the materials would be delivered on June 22nd and the deposit would be collected then. You can imagine my surprise when the roofing crew arrived early on June 16th, ready to begin work.

After the crew was finished, we found quite a few nails and a piece of sharp metal left behind. While we understand that crews do the best they can when cleaning up, we would have appreciated the extra walk around.

They were prompt and professional. Had everything done in a day. Clean up was immaculate. Would recommend to anyone looking to redo their roof.

I'm revising my review (from 1 to 4 stars) based on experiences following my initial unsatisfactory service from North West Roofing. Upon hearing my complaints, they immediately reached out to apologize and inquire what they could do to make it right. Given the overwhelmingly positive tone of other reviews, I think I just caught some of their people on a bad day. I would consider using them again.

Be prepared when your roof leaks, they do not stand behind their warranty. The first issue they handled, but it leaked again and they were impossible to get support. When I finally got angry they came out, but just criticized the workmanship of others in their own company. Recently they came out and told me they forgot to in stall a foam rubber gasket and then suggested I owe then $500 to have it installed. It should have been part of the original job. Lots of roofers, I'd avoid this one FOR SURE!!

Absolutely ruined my home they did my roof and it failed inspection then refused to come a fix it. They have no care or concern for they're workers safety . None of the work is They do is actually done by the company just by sub contractors so if anything fails they can blame the subcontractors

Blake @ North-West roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish on my new roof. It was a complicated job with a lot of moving parts, repairs, etc. as well as a brand new upgraded shingle, and it all came out fantastic and was done very quickly. I felt like I had the entire company on my side as we went through this project, and I couldn't be happier. I deal with roofing companies every day in my profession, and North-West is the best.

Ken is outstanding! I’ve referred him for insurance roof inspections and what I respect is that its not just a rubber stamp to replace it. It maybneed repair, it may have no damage or it may need to be replaced. Ken gives my clients a fair assessment and that can be rare in the roofing industry.

Ken Strecker showed up on time, actually a few minutes early and was professional and helped evaluate a roof that we were told was new. In fact, it had severe hail damage. His work was thorough, and the detailed report with recommendations was very helpful. I would recommend working with Ken and will be having him look at my personal home as hail season approaches.

I don’t typically write reviews but I feel it would be a disservice not to mention my experience with this company. About three months ago I was having an issue with leaks around the ridge caps on my roof. Of course, I assumed I might need a new roof or at least a repair. I called and spoke with Tiffany and she couldn’t be more helpful. She, of course, was willing to send someone out to evaluate my roof but she was actually kind enough to provide very helpful suggestions on a remedy to temporarily stop the leaks. I took her advice and applied the fix myself, saving me money that I didn’t have. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and provided great peace of mind. I will need a new roof soon, no doubt, and I definitely plan to call North West Roofing when I do. In fact, I have referred a few friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so. Northwest is an excellent company, they are extremely professional and responsive. Tiffany Wempen provided accurate and timely bids. I cannot say enough about the communication and crew at North West. It was literally raining in our house [ever seen Jumaji?] on a Friday evening and we had a crew to our house to access the home within the hour. I was expecting having to wait until Monday to get anything taken care of - not with NWR! A crew was out the next morning on a Sarurday and fixed our tile roof just in time for the next storm. They were all respectful, polite, and explained exactly what needed to be done! Thank you NWR!

I was very happy with North West Roffing. My project manager, Matt Rawson was incredible from start to finish. Gave me a bid within a day or two of inspecting my roof, got a great team of hard workers two weeks later, always communicated with me to tell me what was going on, returned my texts and calls immediately, took any questions or concerns I had with the upmost respect, double and tripled checked that the clean up was impeccable. Matt even helped me pick out what shingles to put on my roof (black walnut! I love!). I think he has been the best and easiest person to work with on any project I've ever had on my house (and i have had quiet a few). The roofers were hard working, diligent, polite and considerate. The roof looks amazing. Replacing a roof isn't very much fun but Matt and his team made it as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend.

Showed up on time, helped me get my roof replaced by the insurance provider, workers showed up on the date/time arranged, got the work done on time and in great order, cleaned up quickly. Billing went perfectly, they worked directly with my insurance carrier and never pressured me for payment until I received the settlement from the insurance company. Quality work and excellent communication. I wish every vendor was like these guys.

Great job all the way around! Josh, the project manager on our project, went above and beyond what I expected for the job on our townhouses. He made sure we were completely safe when entering and returning to our property during construction. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls. The crew was courteous and they did an excellent job cleaning up - not a nail to be found on the ground anywhere. And the roof looks fantastic!

Workers are rude to tenants -- act like we (residents) are working for them. Project has been going on for nearly two months and they are still not done! I don't know anything about roofing, but I can tell you that they do not train their employees. I've never seen such rudeness -- they are belligerent and downright mean. Make sure if you hire this company that they tell their workers that the residents' rights to peaceful and quiet enjoyment of their homes is the first priority. If and when I move, I will take this information to any and all resident complex management personnel that I come in contact with, and will discourage them from hiring this company. Shameful behavior.

We loved working with North West Roofing and our project manager, Mitchell. Everything was professionally handled and they kept the lines of communication open about expected dates for material delivery and the start date/time for the roofing. They just finished our roof today and it looks great! The crew did a thorough job cleaning up afterward and Mitchell's attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend North West Roofing!
