His work is consistently reliable and professional—he listens carefully, offers honest advice, and always delivers quality results. Complete hack. Organization was abysmal and so many no shows. Finally quit job. I have seen better quality work in JR high wood shop. The other reviews here were written by his employee and his wife...sad...

Gerald "Jay" Adams, owner of North West Contracting Services LLC, was hired by a company that we contracted with to do an extensive and expensive remodel in our home. He was hired to be the general contractor and general manager to oversee and provide the labor to complete our project. He began working in our home in mid-April of 2023, and he walked off our job in mid-January of 2024. After his 9 months in our home, we were left with a huge disarray of noncompleted work, along with a demolished, non-functioning kitchen that had been in that state before Thanksgiving! In addition, Mr. Adams' workers destroyed our front yard by setting up their saws and other equipment on our grass, and then by walking across our lawn instead of using the sidewalk, they wore a path down to the dirt. They also dumped their garbage on our lawn and washed their paint brushes in our landscape rock, leaving white paint stains all over the rocks. Many of our plants were trampled and broken.

Thankfully, the company we hired took on the responsibility of this mess, and they brought in a new contractor to evaluate, regroup, repair, and replace much of the substandard work and incompetence left behind. We could have never recovered or afforded the amount of money it would have taken to repair and finish our project. As it stands, we can never recover 9 months of stress, anxiety, and despair brought on by the wake of Jay Adams and North West Contracting Services LLC. We would not recommend Mr. Adams or his company to anyone seeking remodeling services.

NWCS was phenomenal from start to finish! Highly recommend. Jay and Brett were always willing to give an honest answer to any questions that arose throughout the process. As with construction you're bound to see a hiccup or two, Jay and his team were on top of it with a solution. I felt secure in my choice from day one, and will hire again for any contracting need!

North west contracting services did an amazing job on our remodel it is every thing we where hoping it would be, Jay the owner was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable he helped direct our vision in the right direction. his team was friendly and hard working they got our remodel done in a timely manor. If your looking for a contractor with your best intentions in mind look no further.
