After a long, frustrating search looking for a roofer to come out and look at my leaky roof, I contacted North Lake Contracting and Tim was more than happy to come out and evaluate our roof. Tim was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through all of the issues he found (with pictures). The estimate was very complete with no added costs after the work was complete. He also took pictures after the work was performed and walked me through each one. This was exactly the experience I was hoping for out of a roofing contractor. They will for sure be my go-to roofing contractor in the foreseeable future. I HIGHLY recommend North Lake Contracting for any roofing job.

I called right away in the morning when we realized our roof was leaking and Peter got back to me right away and came out to look at our roof that day. They were out there fast for us to see if our Insurance would cover the hail damage and they made the process so easy. They explained the next few steps and when everything came in they came out and did a fantastic job and quickly. I highly recommend them! Derrick and Peter were so easy to work with!

I am a first time homeowner and recently experienced some wind damage during a storm. This ripped off a cluster of shingles from my roof. I was very nervous calling contractors and of course assumed I would be ripped off. The customer service I received from Timothy was great, he thoroughly explained all of my options and wasn't pushing me to do a bigger job. Also, due to my work schedule I couldn't find time to meet with him at my home, he visited my house while I was at work, gave me the estimate and completed the work, and sent me pictures throughout the process. North Lake took the time to walk me through the entire process and handled everything directly with my insurance company to get me the best roof possible and to get everything approved. I felt like I fully understood the process and the timeline, and best of all there were no "surprises" during the process. Things happened exactly as they said they would.
Everyone that I worked with and talked to at North Lake throughout the process of getting a new roof was completely professional and courteous. They always followed up promptly for all of my questions. They explained their contract, their process and the process with the insurance company very thoroughly.
