If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would! Ethan came out to look at a sliding patio door, but a friend fixed it the night before. He looked at it anyway, along with our other two sliding doors. He also looked at prospective stucco repairs and roof tile repairs that we were going to have done. He got up on our roof to inspect them. What really impressed us was his knowledge and experience and communication skills. It was all no charge, but we tipped him generously (in my opinion, of course.) I am putting a note on my calendar for one year to have him come back and inspect things. If we need anything done, we will use his company. I have high confidence that any work that they say is needed would be valid. I have spent so much time worrying about what work really needs to be done and who to hire. I give this company my highest recommendation!

We would definitely recommend North Face. They did beautiful work in repairing our hail damaged roof, windows and stucco. Just as important as the work, Tony and Ryon set proper expectations at the beginning of the project for things like scheduling, impacts while the work was being done, possible weather delays, etc. They followed through with their commitments, and were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. Amazing company and Team. We had severe hail damage May of 2023. The insurance adjuster identified 8 windows affected. Andrea and her team at North Face discovered a total of 18 windows impacted. Andrea worked with the insurance company to replace all 18 windows damaged. They fought hard and advocated for us. Andrea walked us through the entire process and communicated with us the entire time. The replacement was great and the craftsmanship perfect. Great operation and complement to work with. We used North Face Contractors to replace our Pella windows that were damaged by hail. From the start, they were extremely professional. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure that everything was taken care of and that all damaged items were replaced correctly. The install was just as good--the installers were prompt, clean and hard working. They cleaned up every evening, we could barely tell that they were there. Everything was thoroughly explained and they did exactly what they promised. We couldn't be happier with their performance.

In conjunction with North Face Contractors (NFC), we filed our first ever insurance claim after a damaging hail storm. NFC is a highly skilled and professional organization that extends from the owner to operations, project manager and work crews - all top notch. Our project encountered weather and some supply chain issues, but we now have new Pella windows, new French doors and a new Certainteed Presidential roof with new rain gutters. We did extensive research and all our questions, no matter how trivial or technical, were promptly answered and explained. We got to know all their work crews comprised of roofing, windows, mortar, stain, and rain gutters - and these teams are prompt, skilled, and very hard working. I own one of 61 units in a condominium association which recently had windows replaced following hail damage. My unit had 11 of 13 windows damaged. This was my first experience with window replacement. I simply cannot express what an excellent experience it was on every level.
As windows were measured and double checked, delivered and installed, an effort was made to be sure I knew what to expect. When I needed to ask a question, the office contact was quick to respond. On the day of installation, plastic was hung, walkways protected and furniture moved.
Three gentlemen worked at unbelievable speed to remove shutters and windows and then install new windows and replace shutters. The installers were all courteous and quick to answer if I had questions. The final result is amazing, inside and out. The windows are beautiful and all function perfectly. North Face had a very large project replacing windows for homeowners in our association. From the very start to the end they were professional, efficient and respectful. In August 2018 and again in August 2020 the Broadmoor Bluffs area of SW Colorado Springs experienced a devastating hailstorm that caused millions in damage to area homes. Shell-shocked owners in the Broadmoor Park neighborhood turned to the HOA for help. After a "100yr" hail storm in August of 2018 inflicted major damage to our home, North Face made a huge difference in getting our house back to normal. Knowledgable and above all honest and reliable they made our window replacement (i.e., all windows above ground) process easy. You can contact them and they answer the phone or at least reply very quickly.

They worked with our insurance company to make sure all the damage was included in the repair estimate. And they did a top notch job of installing our windows. We have learned that with windows its all about the installation - North Face has their own crews. My next door neighbor hired a different firm that used temps to do the install work and he still hasn't got all his windows taken care of.

We had hail damage to our home and Tony and his professional team
performed expert repairs in all arenas. The claim included not only the roof, but windows, gutters, downspouts, paint and stucco repair. It was a great advantage to have one team of experts handle all our required needs.

Tony has had many years in construction and has acquired great knowledge of many people and companies in the various trades. He has also worked with many major insurance companies and apparently has a great dealing history with them. I never expected to need a contractor but with a major hail storm that destroyed my roof, rear windows and damaged some stucco and similar mixes for the whole neighborhood, his company and associates were outstanding. On the local market, the trades were all immediately booked up for months and scheduling became a nightmare. Tony recommended people and companies, did scheduling and insurance interfacing for the whole project. Set up was a breeze from the home owner perspective. He kept me informed of every point and problem or option during the whole project. I had one of the early roofs replaced and the workmanship stood out in the community and my house required no rework for problems. I am grateful to NFC and to the insurance that included a contractor allowance for the job. Every phase was neatly done, cleaned up properly and in a timely manor by people that were better than I had been able to find myself over the years. Best of all, there were no surprises or overages in the estimates: everything was a firm estimate and very fair in my opinion.

Lightning may not strike twice in the same place but hail does. One day shy of two years after the storm above, our house was pummeled by another hail storm. There was no question this time who to call to manage the repairs. North Face Contractors came out immediately, assessed the damage, and began coordinating the repairs. Fortunately, the roof only required replacement of damaged tiles, and the Pella windows that they replaced last time were easier to repair this time. At every step, NFC communicated with us and the insurer to make sure we were all on the same page. Their crews were not only thoroughly professional but they were also nice guys. Our home was pummeled by softball sized hail and caused significant damage to our roof and windows. We were introduced to North Face Contractors through our roofing contractor who knew we needed to replace half of our windows on a stucco house. This required cutting out the existing windows and replacing the surrounding stucco-- while matching the paint and texture-- with specialty windows from Pella. Tony and Andrea were pros from start to finish. This husband and wife team made a complicated insurance claim and difficult repair as easy as possible. Their communication and service were impeccable. And they were willing to go to bat with our insurance company to make sure our house was repaired appropriately. The many discussions we've had with our friends and neighbors of contractor horror stories after this terrible hail storm makes me incredibly glad we met Tony & Andrea. Save yourself a lot of headaches and use them! While I hope to never have to use their services again (because I hope we don't get hit by another storm like that), I would immediately call them if we did.

Last summer our home was hit with a hail storm that lobbed softball sized hail at speeds that can apparently reach 100mph. Damage was extensive, as might be expected.

We turned to Tony and Andrea of North Face Contractors to replace nearly all the windows in our house, and have been very happy with that decision.

Tony educated us about what the insurance company should cover. He methodically examined all the windows for damage, and documented what he found. Tony was then present when the insurance adjuster came to our home. He pointed out each problem and discussed it with the adjuster so that the two of them came to agreement on the spot. The resulting work estimate from the insurance company was consistent with Tony’s predictions and therefore our expectations. Armed with the work estimate, Andrea assembled and justified a cost estimate that was accepted by the insurance company without any apparent disagreement or subsequent surprises.

When it came time to implement the repair, North Face did exactly as they said they would. Workmen and materials showed up as promised, and Andrea kept us well informed about the schedule. The few problems that I identified were corrected to my satisfaction without question or hesitation.
