My wife and I bought a fixer upper in April. The first thing we did immediately after the closing was replace the roof. North End Contracting was recommended by someone I trust. Mike and his crew were efficient, courteous and respectful of our property and our neighbors properties. We’d recommend North End Contracting to all of our friends and neighbors.

North End did a great job on my new roof. Shingle replacement and layer of plywood on in one day! Owner Mike was on site throughout the day and a good communicator before and after by phone. The crew was top notch (amazing to watch them work) and they cleaned up spotlessly afterward. Very competitive pricing from a small local operation. Highly recommend.

North End Contracting handled all of my roofs after a major hail storm—across four different properties—and I couldn’t be more impressed. Amazing service! The quality of work done on my roof went beyond my expectations. We were shown what the problem was, how they fixed it, and what to look for in the future. They were not rushed, as if trying to get to the next job. Instead, they were methodical, and very thorough. The end result and look was a very nice surprise, and way better than we expected. It looks great! NEC was very respectful of our neighborhood and how vehicles were positioned, as well as conscientious about picking up when they were done. Our experience was something you want, but aren't sure you can expect nowadays. Definitely way above standard service and price for our needs.

The roof replacement was done promptly and the crew did a great job. They left the job site clean - taking the extra time needed to remove all debris from around our home.

I actually built my house 45 years ago but have spent my entire career on the other side of the counter selling lumber and building materials to guys like Mike. I have made many friends in the business and I know the reputations of most companies out there. Since I am no longer physically able to do a re-siding job myself, I had to make the difficult choice of now who to hire to re-do my siding. There are so many good companies. Honestly, I made the perfect choice with Mike at North End Contracting! Mike was able to organize, start and finish the job much quicker then most others and the details of the workmanship were excellent. All of the crews were professional and very respectful of the property and landscaping as well. He even took care of refinishing the deck! Our house has a brand new updated look now with accents around all the doors and windows and a contrast of shacks on the gables and we couldn't be happier. The final invoice came in less than expected also. Very cool.

Michael did a full roof replacement and all metal wrap on our home in White Bear Lake. He is pleasant to work with and his crew is top notch. I received text, photos and phone calls throughout the whole process. His crew left our yard very clean!

Mike at North End Contracting was easy to communicate with, upfront with expectations, and provided a great value for his service. Since he installed our roof during the winter, he made sure to swing back around after the snow was gone to do a magnet sweep and make sure that it was clear of all debris.

I'm very pleased with the genuine care & concern given when I called about suspected issues. A crew was sent out right away the next day. Ended up not being roof issues, just ice & snow buildup which they took care of. Very friendly, professional and went above & beyond what I expected.
