Best local company for roofing and siding material. Alex helped us pick the best roofing and siding panels, he is very knowledgeable and very friendly. We have received a reply within a day whenever we emailed him. Everybody else in this company is also very friendly and willing to help customers from the moment you step in the office. The delivery crew also did a great job unloading the panels right by the job-site. They have a newer forklift that can reach tight areas to unload the pallets. As a metal working company we totally rely on this company for our roofing and siding inquiries knowing they will deliver the material right on time.
Overall a great company to work with and the quality of their products along with pricing is unbeatable. Absolutely recommend this company. Two thumbs up.

I had a unique project and was not getting any response from Parr and others. Ultimately I did not use North American Metal but only due to geography. Their customer service was fantastic and responded very quickly. Pricing was very competitive. Had a local vendor not responded I was ready to go with North American. Customer service is hard to find these days. I had a quote within hours.

Materials showed up in time and skillfully placed in a tight location. One item overlooked was sent out overnight shipping so no delays to project. Good customer service.

I recently called North American Metals inc to see if they had the resources to come out and repair the roof of an existing pole building. A message was taken and another person returned my call. This is all good, but the person does not keep his appointments and has not shown up more than once. My last call to North American was not returned. So I have had several contacts with this company and still have not had anyone actually come out and keep an appointment. Be Warned!

I love this place! The metal is always good quality and the customer service is great. Another good find for me. I tell everyone about this place as i want them to stay around.

It's sad I am the first to review this company and it isn't a good one. My first experience was positive, business as usual about a year ago. This time around there was a bump in the road where they had a chance to come out on top and chose not to. I ordered some material from them to be cut to size about a month ago. I could have picked it up sooner from them (it was ready within a week), but chose not to. I wasn't informed I would have any issues with not picking it up right away. So, I pick up the material, drive it to the site where it would be installed, opened it up and the nice shiny finish I was expecting looked like a bird had an issue all over it. There was some (very standard I guess when left together in the rain) oxidation/chemical reaction that happened and the material is ruined. I called them today to discuss and asked if there was a way to fix it or if they will replace it and they said, "no"... it was my fault. My fault? How can I agree to purchase something from you in one condition, receive it in a different condition that is unusable, not have any type of warning that this could happen and it be my fault? Shouldn't it be their responsibility to keep this product from harm until I pick it up, or at least give me a fair warning that I need to pick it up right away or it could be harmed? Maybe I'm wrong, but I think not. I think this company puts out a good product when all things go well, but when there is a problem, like the one above, they failed. (Overall price to have owned their mistake in lack of communication was under $200. FAIL)
