If there is anyone out there that needs airconditioner work on a camper, i do not recommend North Alabama RV Service. Iv paid for an airconditioner and labor to be put in my camper for a month and a half ago and its some kind on excuse why they can't come out and finish the job!!!!
We had a problem with the slide and called for help. These guys showed up at our site in 20 minutes and had us diagnosed. Ordered the motor and had us ready in less than 24 hours!! Great Service, Professional, and the Price was Right!! Give ‘em a call for your needs!! Thank You again !!
UNRELIABLE...With no regard for our time and not even an apology for leaving us hanging, Jack asks us to make time for him the morning after our scheduled service. We have to leave in the morning, he knew this. Plus, why would we rearrange our whole schedule for somebody who has proven to be this unreliable?

6 days before.. scheduled appointment for Monday, 4/21. We left the whole day open for Jack saying "as long as it's done before the end of Monday" as we are on a schedule and need to leave Tuesday morning.
4 days before, Thursday I asked for a confirmation for Monday, he replied yes
2 days before, Saturday, we asked what his schedule was going to be for Monday.
NO REPLY
Monday morning, 8:30, asked if we were still on for today. NO REPLY
11:30..."please let us know"
NO REPLY
FINALLY @ 2:15, "can I come in the morning"
We are traveling and on a schedule which was clearly discussed before now.
