If there is anyone out there that needs airconditioner work on a camper, i do not recommend North Alabama RV Service. Iv paid for an airconditioner and labor to be put in my camper for a month and a half ago and its some kind on excuse why they can't come out and finish the job!!!!

We had a problem with the slide and called for help. These guys showed up at our site in 20 minutes and had us diagnosed. Ordered the motor and had us ready in less than 24 hours!! Great Service, Professional, and the Price was Right!! Give ‘em a call for your needs!! Thank You again !!

UNRELIABLE...With no regard for our time and not even an apology for leaving us hanging, Jack asks us to make time for him the morning after our scheduled service. We have to leave in the morning, he knew this. Plus, why would we rearrange our whole schedule for somebody who has proven to be this unreliable?
A blatant disrespect for our time. We wasted the whole day sitting around for him.

6 days before.. scheduled appointment for Monday, 4/21. We left the whole day open for Jack saying "as long as it's done before the end of Monday" as we are on a schedule and need to leave Tuesday morning.

4 days before, Thursday I asked for a confirmation for Monday, he replied yes

2 days before, Saturday, we asked what his schedule was going to be for Monday.
NO REPLY

Monday morning, 8:30, asked if we were still on for today. NO REPLY

11:30..."please let us know"
NO REPLY

FINALLY @ 2:15, "can I come in the morning"
We are traveling and on a schedule which was clearly discussed before now.

With a couple days of rain coming and my roof leaking I was getting nervous and didn’t know what to do. My first time in Alabama I don’t know anybody or who to call, so Google came to my rescue and sent me to North Alabama Mobile RV Service. Helping to find accommodations for me to stay somewhere under shelter, they sealed my roof with time for it to dry before getting back on the road and out at the mercy of the weather. They were prompt, professional, and positive when I was struggling to be. Im sure to them it’s just part of the job, yet to me they were a true blessing.

Jack and James know their stuff! Fast service and honest pricing! They came out to our campsite and repaired numerous leaks on our Nautilus System. Could not have accomplished this much work on my own!

We had them come out to work on our camper, and I definitely would recommend these guys. They kept me up to date on everything going on and fixed our furnace issues for us. Very friendly mobile tech and will use them again if we have another issue.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of North Alabama Mobile RV and I cannot say enough good things about them. The convenience of having a mobile RV service cannot be overstated! Not only did they come directly to my location, but the team was incredibly prompt and efficient. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment they arrived. The technicians were highly skilled and quickly assessed the issues I was experiencing with my RV. Their transparent and honest approach was also greatly appreciated. I could tell the staff takes great pride in their work, and it truly showed in the results. I will certainly be turning to them for all of my future RV service needs!
