This morning I went into our downstairs powder room, which has a very large mirror (4 feet wide X 4 feet tall ) and didn't notice right off it was leaning over and had come unglued (after 29 years). I did notice the lighting was dim, but didn't look up to see the mirror was leaning over. While washing my hands, I noticed it was about to fall. I panicked and quickly got a step ladder and propped it against the mirror. NORTH ALABAMA GLASS came and did a GREAT job in this Emergency situation. I HIGHLY Recommend them and will Definitely Use them Again. THANK YOU Chris C. and Kevin for being so Professional and for coming so Quickly! You probably saved my life!!!

I brought them a storm window frame and they put new glass in it less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I couldn’t ask for anything else from a business. 10/10.

We recently did a complete reno of our master bath and had North Alabama Glass do the frameless shower door. The people were amazing and the service was top notch! Brenda got the ball rolling, and Wade came out and precisely measured for the new shower door. The installers, Kevin and Nick, were on time, extremely courteous, and knew exactly how to install the new door to perfection. I would definitely use North Alabama Glass again, due to their excellent work ethic and product!

We just had a great experience with North Alabama Glass Co.! We had a strange glass break on a transom window, and needed it replaced. They promptly came out, quickly assessed the need, and provided a reasonable estimate. After the ordered glass came in, the technicians, Keith and Matt, made contact and came out to do the repairs. Repairs done quickly and efficiently, and the technicians stayed in contact and came when they said they would Great experience with Anna, our sales representative, who handled all the scheduling and paperwork efficiently. Would quickly call them if I have another need.

What an exciting adventure ordering a custom made glass window. It was challenging since we are replacing a window in my new Shower. Brenda Essig was a pleasure to work with. And I cannot say enough about the professional installers Matt Jones and Colin Stockett. They BOTH were patient with me . They did an excellent job. We replaced our Master Shower and needed a new door. We went with the Frameless with custom fixtures. The entire experience was professional and totally improved our end product. The team (Wade, Kevin and Nick) as well as folks in office made our experience very positive . We even got a military discount. Order came in when promised and installed in a couple hours. Thanks North Alabama Glass Company for a job well done.

Ordered glass and when it came in they sent a trainee to make sure it was the right size. I was called and told it was the right size glass and that it would be installed in a few days. The company shows up and the glass is intact the wrong size. Mind you I had to pay half upfront so getting my money back on my card takes days to go with another company. I’m selling my house and need this done. All the company offered was an apology. When the glass came in the right size I asked that it get a rush install because the weather was going to be bad on the day they sated they could come install. I was told no that wouldn’t be possible. Then the day it was supposed to be installed the workers didn’t show up at the time they were scheduled because the weather was going to be bad later in the day. So again nothing extra to help after the situation was companies fault. We have to be out of our house for the sale and the glass is still not installed. It’s very frustrating when a company doesn’t try to do anything to right their wrong when everything is so expensive already. Feels like this company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

Great service. My husband traced the awkward curves and ridges in the kids’ desks on a large sheet of paper. I took the large piece of paper he had traced and they were able to cut the glass with all of the edges and ridges we requested. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend North Alabama Glass Company Inc. My Technicians were Keith Lyell and Devin Dunn. Both were professional, efficient, and Considerate. Keith apologized in advance for the home getting cold as today was one of the coldest days and I was getting a large window replaced. But he was confident and assured me they would have the job done quickly due to their years of experience. And they had the job done in a timely manner with superb work. These guys were awesome. I mean from the time I called, Wade getting back to me and scheduling to come out. They were transparent and candid. I had my inspection quote and order in 48 hours. When the shower door finally came in, they called immediately to get it installed. Came out the day he called and now I have a beautiful shower door. Thanks so much to my installers you guys rock. Had seven windows replaced, including one curved transom and one curved window. Keith L. and Devin O. did the work and were fantastic. They talked us through what they had done, took good care to make sure our pets couldn't get outside, and completed the work with minimal disruption to the home. Everything looks great and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.

The North Alabama glass company did an absolutely superb job in cutting and installing a desktop piece of glass for my office desk. Chris did a masterful job in developing the glass pattern for the desk that had an arch. Keith and Devin did a wonderful job in installing the glass top, which was a perfect fit. The entire glass company team generated total professionalism throughout the engagement process.

Three of glasses were broken on this June. I contacted to this company and I got reasonable estimates so I decided to choose here. Due to shortage in supply, I’ve been waiting it about 3 months and finally they came to fix it today!

I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company! They installed a new tempered glass shower door for my renovated tile shower. Wade was extremely professional, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable! He is a true professional and I highly recommend him. He initially came out for measurements and offered suggestions that made the result come out better than expected. The order came in earlier than expected. Jaylynn and Devin arrived quickly after a short conversation on our needs of their service. They instantly took a look at the window that was being replaced. They got us a reasonable quote and went straight to work. They cleaned the broken glass up inside and out. And it only took like 15-20 min from arrival to them leaving. We were in desperate need of a back door glass replacement after a lawn mower meets rock incident. All of the other glass companies in Huntsville were out of stock of the glass we needed and had long lead times before they could visit. North Alabama Glass company visited our place a day after we placed a call to them and had the glass we needed in stock. The Techs Eli W. and Keith L. were both courteous, professional, and got the job done right. I highly recommend them.

They are FANTASTIC!! They worked with me to try to get the holes just right on a piece of acrylic. They went above and beyond and were so friendly!!

We had 2 pieces of glass that needed to be replaced in our windows and we couldn't be happier with North Alabama Galss! Keith and Elijah did the install and they were fantastic! Hopefully we won't need anymore glass replaced, but if we do, we will definitely use them again!

Fast service! We called to replace our front window and they came out the next day. Kory and Devin were extremely courteous and professional. Should we need the service again, I wouldn't hesitate to call.

Devin and Kory came out to my house Monday (28 March 2022) and installed a replacement window pane. They were friendly, quick, and the job was well done. They made something I would have struggled with look easy. And I would likely have busted the glass window pane removing it but they handled that professionally and saved me having to deal with glass everywhere. The rest of the staff I dealt with in the office and by phone were nice and easy to work with. I will use them again if I have another window or glass problem.

Overall, my shower door installation was good. There were a couple minor issues. But, North Alabama Glass quickly and without hesitation remedied the situation. The technicians (Kevin and Nick) were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The sales representative (Christy) did an excellent job assisting me through the process. North Alabama Glass did a great job scheduling and repairing a double pane window at my home. They were knowledgeable, curious, on time, and professional in every way. It was great I sent them a picture of the damage and they responded to the images immediately.. Gave me and estimate and it was spot on.. Setup a time to repair it and they was on time and out within a hour.. I do recommend this place of business and Devin and Kory is the best.. Thanks guys

No longer offers car windshield replacement. I have used them several times for home windows and lamp posts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices and wonderful quality.

Even though our broken shower door was from the 1970’s, the professionals at North Alabama Glass quickly found what we needed, quickly replacing our doors. Christy A.; James A. and Chris T. made us happy. They even were able to safely remove the handles and use them on our old doors. They had us fixed in 2 days! Very happy with price and service!

4 feet long shower frameless glass enclosure required a support bar. They charged me at least 3 times of the actual cost of the bar; and, did not even bother to attach it to a stud. Instead the bar was attached to the sheetrock. After I pointed to the problem the manager first was dismissive saying that the sheetrock will hold the bar and there is no need to find the stud; and, in his experience a stud finder is not reliable to find the stud behind the tile in a shower; and they not even use he stud finder anymore. Then he agreed to fix it but only for my expense.

Wade and Nick did an excellent job installing our shower doors. Every thing was neat and clean after they finished.
