We purchased a gift certificate for a new hot water heater plus installation. They had great communication with us for when the water heater would be in, made appointments with us, completed the install and the guys were amazing! Clean, friendly, efficient and thorough! Chase and the entire Norstar team are wonderful! I had to reschedule a couple of times and they never got frustrated with my scheduling issues. Chase showed up on time and worked efficiently for his allotted time. He even took extra time to try and help with a thermostat rebooting issue. I appreciated his expertise and insight into our heat system. Our system needs a little more maintenance than usual and the estimate was to me within hours of Chase leaving our house! Norstar was awesome! My pellet stove went out going into a cold and wet weekend and everyplace I called was 5 to 6 weeks out and of course I had company visiting! Then I called NORSTAR. The gal I talked to worked hard to squeeze me in and she sent a technician (Elias) out and I was up and running again in no time. Elias was so thorough and explained what the issue was. Can’t say enough about their professionalism. A+

Elias was wonderful! Was able to get to the job early, got the stove lit and stuck around to make sure it was working like it should!! Highly recommend!!!

John watt the service technician that came out to service my air conditioner and heat pump, was a highly educated, highly experienced technician that was not only happy to show me what he did to diagnose. It succeeded in diagnosing a problem that is not even in his department, and got my heat pump running again he is an excellent technician. Five stars.

A NorStar Heating and Cooling technician conducted maintenance on my 52 year old gas furnace today, and reported it was the cleanest he's seen in a furnace that old. He also said it is a good furnace in great working order. I was very happy with his work and report. Thank you NorStar!!!

I called and they came out and took care of the problem and made it so we could stay cool with an outdated system till we could update our fuse box.

Brian was prompt, gracious and very knowledgeable with regard to my AC problem. He explained step by step the process he used to diagnose the issue and I am in complete agreement. Our AC system should be back on line very soon. I deeply appreciate the rapid response and the technical competence.
