I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is very friendly, and more importantly, honest. I was told by another place in town that I needed over a thousand dollars in repairs. I decided to go for a second opinion and brought my car to Colville Toyota. Not only did I not need those repairs, they physically showed me what the problem was and why the other mechanic was wrong. That is the kind of integrity and honesty the world needs. It was less than $200 and it actually fixed the problem. I am a costumer for life!!

The staff at Colville Toyota keep me well informed about the health of my SUV. They let me know maintenance I need versus maintenance I can put off. They help me assess the big financial decisions of owning a 300,000 mile vehicle.

I was in a bind with a repair that needed to be done same day and these guys went above & beyond to take care of me. Woody & Todd are great & really know their stuff. Highly recommend, 10/10

after seeing three other mechanics over a nmber of years including toyota colville some ears back you finally found the drain on my battery where they could not. a after factory remote start. and I bought the truck from the original owner at colville toyota, shame on scotty.

In 2022 we purchased a RAV4 hybrid from Colville’s Toyota. We wanted to buy the Plug in Rav4 but it was not available in our area at the time. Hunter was our sales person. He was excellent. We’re seniors and all the whistles and bells can be challenging.
In December 2024, we became aware the plug in Rav4 was available in our area. We called Hunter and drove up to test drive and get pricing. We got good trade in. Our warranty transfer over to the plug in. We bought it that afternoon and drove it home. It had 30 miles on the odometer. We love the dealership, the owner, finance staff. All very engaging, friendly and appreciative. We can get our service done locally. Hunter spent a lot time of time explaining how to operate the electronics, screens and programmed everything to our preferences. That was huge for us. I highly recommend Colville’s Toyota Dealership.

Very friendly and quick service. And had a nice comfy seating area. With a TV and coffee. The Toyota team is always awesome when I go there, they always greet me with huge smiles. And almost all of the time someone comes outside and greets me. And they always get me laughin.

Friendly greeting, prompt service, knowlegable, staff and easy pay and go. I barely had time to walk around town and they were done.

The service crew are always friendly and helpful. I know if i take my car there the work will be done right.

The customer service was excellent, the receptionist met me with a big smile and answered all my questions and went by detail of what was done with my car.

Colville Toyota has never let me down in the five years I’ve been taking my Tacoma to them for care. The service is always prompt and the staff is always very friendly. I got an oil change a couple of months ago, but I noticed the automatic transmission would still kick a little during deceleration. They recommended the much needed differential and transfer case work at my current mileage, and my truck is definitely running smoother after service today. Thanks guys!

Very straight forward with me. I new what I was getting for what price. Took a while to get my vehicle, but it was worth it! Very happy with my Rav4 hybrid.

Everyone is professional, courteous, and very helpful. It’s the only place we take our vehicles, including our “non-Toyota” vehicles for service. We highly recommend them.

I've been using Colville Toyota for the past few years for routine maintenance. Scheduling an appointment is easy, they have always been on time, and are usually done doing what I need done in less than an hour. I highly recommend.
