Great company, helped me work through my insurance company and got me a brand new roof and gutters all covered by my insurance when my insurance company initially wouldn’t and said it didn’t qualify. Would highly recommend

Jaymen was a delight to work with. He helped me navigate a difficult situation with my insurance coverage, and offered me the best price! The replacement of my roof, siding on the back of my house and gutters after a major hailstorm was completed in a very timely manner and the workmanship was great.

Am very satisfied with the quality of work and service I received. Very professional, started the insurance claim, kept me in the loop of when the job would start and finish. We recently had hail damage to our roof. Jaymen came to our house, introduced himself and ended up handling the entire process of a roof/shingle replacement as well as gutter guards. He was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had. He even responded to our texts on Saturdays and Sundays! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. From the time we signed a contract, his crew was able to perform the work in less than a week.

In the future, should the need arise, Jaymen/Norstar will be the first folks we call.

Could not be happier with the work Norstar Construction completed at my home. They replaced our roof as well as added gutter guards. Jaymen was quick to visit our home for an inspection, and he also provided a quote same day. Norstar met with and worked with our insurance company and I did not have to get involved at all. The team that worked on the roof was fast and the quality looks great. Clean up after the work was as good as I could have ever hoped. Same review for the gutter guards. Great team, fast, everything looks perfect for quality. I am picky with lines and things matching up and everything looks fantastic. Highly recommend working with Norstar Construction.

They were able to complete my project in one day and had amazing customer service and support throughout. Riley was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Norstar was extremely helpful with the first time I've done a claim with a damaged roof. All my questions were answered promptly, and so far it's been a painless process. The crew arrived on time, and were very quick on repairing my house/garage. The quality looks great, and the clean up was spot on. My neighbor's have already provided compliments.

I dealt with Jaymen Mihm on multiple hail damage properties and his attention to detail was great! Jaymen worked hard to make sure the homeowner got the proper claim - and his crews followed up with the roof tear off followed by the install. These guys were great! My roof looks amazing! They even were able to give me an upgraded shingle that is thicker than the standard. Tyler helped walk me through everything with the insurance agent. He also answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my home owners insurance deductible.Tyler and his company Norstar construction were there every step of the way to help me feel at ease. I was honestly more comfortable speaking with him than the insurance adjuster! 5 stars for these guys!

From day 1 when I met Jaymen he was a pleasure to work with. At his younger age he is very experienced and knowledgable in construction. How he worked with my insurance company was extremely professional, he exceeded my expectations. He was very open and transparent through the entire process and never over promised anything.
