I recently contacted this company for a home remodel consultation and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The owner himself came for the visit but was rude and condescending from the moment he arrived. Throughout our brief 30-minute meeting, he made multiple snide remarks about my home's current condition and the renovations I was interested in.

The consultation felt rushed, and I wasn't even able to show him the full scope of work I wanted completed. Most unprofessionally, when we finished talking, he walked out without a handshake or any professional courtesy.

After this disappointing interaction, I attempted to follow up with several calls to their office but received no response whatsoever. I cannot recommend a company that treats potential clients with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. Look elsewhere for your remodeling needs.
