Nonstop Contracting

I hired this company in June of 2024 to rebuild our basement after we had a sewer back up. It was already cleaned, but needed remodeled. It included a bathroom.The company started off good. They put up walls, lights, things were going great. Then I made a big mistake, in October, I gave the owner of the company a large cash payment to cover everything done to that point. The payment was supposed to be my final payment. I was ready to give them a great review. He only had a couple days worth of work to do. Its now been 2 months and I havent heard a word from them. They won't return my calls. They never installed the shower. The sheet rock around one of the doors looks like a second grader did it. Baseboards need finished.There are several small things. I don't understand why the company just quit when it was almost done.
I am 73. My father is 96. I spent $24,000 with NonStop Contracting. He just won't finish the job.

Jeff and his team (Bill, Johnny and Amanda) did a terrific job on our screened-in porch. Like most construction projects it took a little longer than expected but the finished product looks fantastic. Jeff takes pride in his work and cares about the project looking great and making sure the customer is happy. He was always responsive and easy to communicate with, is a good problem solver and does what he says he is going to do without upcharge for contingencies. Great guy and highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Jeff and his team at Nonstop Contracting, who built a beautiful, large addition to our deck within five days after our first inquiry. Every part of the process was clear, fair, friendly, and creative. His team who built the deck were so efficient and expert in their craft, and such pleasant and generous people, we were honestly sad to see them all leave when the project was done! Jeff and the Nonstop team did a great job demoing and framing out our basement. They were professional, punctual and worked with us very well. I have struggled to find a contractor I trust to do good work and not exceed budget, and they did both very well. They will be our go-to moving forward and they can be for you as well.

Nonstop Contracting really saved my bacon. I hired another contractor with a lower bid and they actually made my stairs less safe and stable rather than fixing them. I called Jeff and he came out right away and fixed the mess the other contractor made and did terrific, high-quality work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I give NSC the highest possible recommendation.

Jeff and his crew are very customer oriented; they work with the permitting office proactively, very considerate of our needs. Most importantly, they do such a quality job. We are very thankful for their professionalism and humanity.

I was very impressed with the time and effort this group of guys put into making everything just right. They took the time to make every adjustment necessary to give a perfect fit to the prehung doors in the front entry. Doors are a tricky thing, so when it comes to experts, these guys are the ones for you. Thanks again Johnny, Jeffrey, and Chris for a job well done.

I am very pleased with the tile work that was done in my bathroom. The work was completed in a timely fashion and Jeff and John were very professional. I really liked John showing up on time and keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use Nonstop Contracting again!

Jeff and his team did a great job! They added a half bath in my basement. I attached pics of before and after. Also I changed things up pertaining to flooring when it was time to lay it, and he was super accommodating! Couldn’t be happier! Nice work guys!! This is my 2nd project with them. And have them doing one more. Will post that one when sone as well! But they are legit!

I was hesitant to hire a contractor given horror stories from family n friends. But Jeff and his team exceeded my expectations. He came up with great plan to address my heretofore unknown structural issues to pass inspection. Went above and beyond with the work so excellent and hard working. These guys do incredible work. I hired them to do an emergency bathroom remodel and they went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and they are very easy guys to work with. Nonstop has a very knowledgeable team. They've done quite a bit of work on our new home. They were reasonable when we wanted to make last minute changes to one portion of the wet bar. Pricing is reasonable and we had multiple bids with other companies. I highly suggest using Nonstop for all of your home renovation needs!!!!
