I was very pleased with my recent experience with Vance from Noble Roofing when we had to replace our roof because of a hail storm. His communication from start to finish was top notch and exceeded our expectations. He worked directly with our insurance company and kept us updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Noble Roofing.
My 75 years old mother was part of a terrible storm in Minnesota. It ripped out her trees causing it to fall on her roof. After contacting the insurance company she received an estimate from Noble Roofing. She spoke with Matt and insured her that they would get the roof done. Then she didn't hear from for about month. So, she tried contacting him over a dozen times with no response. Finally, she asked my brother to contact him. A year and a half later after the initial estimate and more than two dozen calls. One day out the blue they dropped off a shingles in my mother's driveway blocking in one of her vehicles. She waited for several weeks for someone to come out and do her roof. After contacting him several times regarding the time frame since the work material dropped off. The material sat in her driveway for 3 months. She for finally asked him to move the shingo she get car out of the garage still no reply. My mother then asked my brothers to get involved. After several phone calls Finally, a crew show up to do the roof. They did it in 4 hours and left a mess and roofing nails all in my mother's yard and driveway. Now we have been trying to contact them and regards to sending out an invoice so that my mother can pay the bill I was hung up on by Matt one of the owners. I have been contacting him everyday since and still have not received an invoice nor a reply. My mother is ill and would like to get her affairs in order and this is causing her a lot of undue stress. The sad part is my mother went with this company and chose to stay with this company because she heard that they were the best roofing company around.
Where do I start. Noble Roofing is a great partner to get things done. I always feel that each team member is doing the best they can to meet my needs and always paying attention to the details.
On our home roof repair. Showed up in the morning, removed and replaced all shingles. They cleaned up the mess. Never knew they were there. Extremely professional.
Love to have them working on my projects.
