Five. Stars all day!! This company went above and beyond for me the homeowner. They worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company to make sure I received the maximum repair benefit. Thoroughly explained everything in detail to me. I was able to stop at the shop and pick out my materials and see the quality firsthand. Jason and David's team installed a new roof on my house. They completed the tear-off and install in one day and it looks great. The protection tarps they used kept everything out of my flower beds and after the clean up it was like the roofers were not even there. They also added a Skylight that brought some much needed light into the room. Very professional team and the neighbors and I love the way the new roof looks. Thank You No Leak.

Our sales person, Jason, jumped through hoops for us with our insurance company. (you know the one with the red and white logo)
Our roof needed to be replaced due to wind damage. The insurance company only wanted to patch it.
They had Jason (our No Leak rep) up on our roof several times, taking and sending them movies of our roof, tearing off shingles, so their rep could pick them up and calling around to see if “he” could find matching shingles.
We had several different adjusters from the insurance company. They kept passing it from one to another, and each adjuster would request duplicate action from Jason. Jason stood by us through all of these requests. He kept in touch with us, he always arrived when he said he would, he never grumbled or gave up. We are the ones that gave up after a year of jumping through STATE FARM‘s hoops. A year later we tried to follow through, AGAIN, this time we had a wonderful adjuster, possibly our 10th one. Our new adjuster asked us if we had a contractor we said we weren’t sure, but we would like to give him the opportunity to get back on the job because he had certainly earned it.
Jason, from No Leak, home, improvement, pleasantly picked up the gauntlet after a year, without missing a beat. After finally getting a “full tear off” approved, No Leak had our new roof completed within three weeks. The crew that came out was professional, respectful, courteous, and clean. They put mesh over all the windows on our house and “never left a single nail” which is unheard of in a roofing job. (believe me, I tried to find one.)
We are so grateful to No Leak home improvement. We would recommend them to anybody. After seeing how professional they were our neighbors have had them replace their roofs.

Awful experience!! 2 years ago I had my roof replaced, they failed to install my 20 ft awning to the studs and it fell off my roof causing 17,000 in damages to my home! Tim was ver unprofessional about the situation and decided to stage I did not pay my bill in full so he will not take care of any damages, I paid my bill in full100 percent I have checks to prove! When I handed his employee the cash deductible he stated he was going to the casino with this money and will pay back at a later time! I am now 17,000 i debt trying to repair my home!! Besides the fact the 500 pound awning fell on my daughter and hurt her pretty bad!! Could of killed her! Also new roofers thst are repairing notices they did not even fix around the chimney correctly and that all needs replaced!!

We are so happy with our new Siding. They were very nice and very professional. We enjoyed working with Jason Meador. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jake Kline inspected my roof for me after one of our last storm's. He pointed out several issues he found. He's been very professional and is very quick to answer questions I've had after our first meeting. The roof is scheduled for replacement and I'll update after the installation, but if the crew is as good as Jake, I'm confident it'll turn out great.

I cant say enough great things about No Leak Home Improvements and their guy Jason Montry. No Leak Home Improvements sent Jason out to inspect my parents roof damage after a recent storm. Very polite and very informative. Walked each step of the inspection with me. Even came out on a Sunday(Fathers Day) to meet with my parents claim adjuster, just to be stood up. Helping me with my elderly parents home and being with us throughout this whole process has made this a great experience. No leak did a complete tear off and installed a new roof on our home and garage. We also had new seamless gutters put on our home and garage. Our rep Vinnie was professional, responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. The quote was accurate and the work was high quality. The crew worked fast and did a phenomenal job with the clean up. Very happy with our new roof!

We had no leak do our siding. They did a great job and then even came back later after we removed our deck and fix the siding that was under the deck for free. Would highly recommend!

No Leak did a great job helping with an unexpected issue with my roof, after the last round of storms I was getting water in my daughters bedroom and wanted a fix ASAP! Jason was great in helping me attempt to use my insurance and walked me through the whole process.
The crew that came out to replacement was roof were extremely easy to deal with. They were friendly, quick, efficient and cleaned up everything throughly.
The whole process from quote to roof completion was about a week. With a background in retail I appreciate good quality service and I am happy with the service and work I received from No Leak.

Steve, The Director of Field Operations was a pleasure to work with and we are so thankful he knocked on our door when he saw missing shingles and damage to our roof while working at our neighbors. We knew we needed to do a full replacement but hadn’t explored our options yet. As this was our first time doing a roof replacement project, we didn’t know all of the in’s and out’s and had a lot of questions. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to help us navigate the project along with answering our questions regarding materials, installation, warranty, and insurance claim processes. He was always a pleasure to talk to and his passion for his career was always evident. We also appreciated his respect for our wishes regarding social distancing and wearing a mask for our newborn’s protection, even while standing outside in the cold through all of our encounters.
The Installation Team was very friendly and made sure to clean up well after. The installation was done in the winter and never once did I hear complaints from the team about the cold or length of time they spent working each day. We are very happy with the completion time and the finished product. Our new roof has helped improve the look of our home and we have already recommended No Leak Home Improvement to our friends and family for their upcoming home projects.

I would definitely recommend No Leaks to anyone looking for a roof! We had such a great experience starting with our salesman all the way to the crew and the owner. Our roof was started and completed all in the same day-a 12 hour job and the guys only took about a 45 minute lunch break. Not to mention the roof looks fantastic! Great experience!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
We signed a contract with them February 25 to have our roof project finished. Since that day, the crew has only come out 5 or 6 times, the last being Mid July! When the crew was out here, they would arrive around 11, work for about an hour, then take an hour lunch break, then work until 4ish and be done for the day. When they left, they would also leave a huge mess in the yard for us to clean up! Pieces of scrap metal and screws scattered all over the lawn! Our project still is not finished.
My husband has tried contacting the crew and gets no response. He has called the company and there is no voicemail available and no one calls him back. Mid July when he was able to get a hold of the crew, they told us they would be out that weekend to complete the project, but no one ever showed and we haven't heard anything since. We told them that our permit was expiring Mid-August, but they had no response to that. We were forced to re-up our permit with the city. We have a front yard full of roofing materials, and an incomplete roof. They seem to have abandoned the project with no communication with us.
The work they were doing on the roof really was not great, and they put a hole in our front porch awning that they assured us they would fix, but never did. We were hesitant of hiring another contractor since we had a bad experience with the first that we hired, but with their good reviews, we figured we would give them a shot. NEVER AGAIN! Please look elsewhere before hiring No Leak Home Improvements LLC for your project!
