Told me he'd text in the morning to let me know when he would come to give an estimate. Nothing. When I texted him at 3 pm after waiting home all day, he told me he was too busy all day and wouldn't be available until the following weekend. I guess I dodged a bullet.

Needed old attic ladder removed and the new one I had purchased installed. Did a great job on the install, couldn't be happier. They cleaned up after the project and even took the old attic ladder with them for proper disposal. A++

My front steps were crumbling and rotted out from carpenter ants and wood rot. After seeing the great reviews, I called Nixon for an estimate. He came out, arrived on time and gave me an honest reasonable estimate. He and his team did an outstanding job. Nixon is a professional. He promptly returns calls, kept his word and did the work as promised on time and budget. Most importantly the new stairs look great and are an improvement over the old design. I would definitely hire them again whenever I need work done on the house.

Nixon was great! He showed up on time, very accommodating, and very responsive. Even did a little extra for me placing a cover over a soffit vent hole that a previous contractor left incomplete and never came back to fix. He replaced all 5 of my front porch supports and did so quickly but with attention to detail as I am planning to refinish the rest of the porch myself. The crew cleaned up after themselves nicely. Piled all the garbage into one place for me to dispose of later and most importantly he quoted me a fair price to which I was agreeable. I hate trying to haggle or negotiate, the price is the price and a fair price makes the process much more pleasant.

I will be saving his information and passing it along to friends, 100% recommended.

This is absolutely the best contractor I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I being a contracting and have owned a few homes that have had work done on.Nixon!s crew arrived promptly every morning and would work well into the night. It started raining around 2 pm on a Saturday, his crew had been there since 7 and could have called it a day. However they rented one side of my house so they could continue working until 7 Pm that evening. Nixon and his father are very knowledgeable , I would ONLY use Nixon going forward. GREAT CONTRACTOR

We had a leak in our roof. Nixon Called me back immediately. Showed up on time. Helpful, professional, great price, great work on the roof repair , gutter cleaning and gutter repair. Nixon was very helpful. I will definitely be using this company again for interior and exterior work.

I was contracted to this company through Yeureka home remodeling. Nixon and his team was able to side a 1600sq house with all the fashions that comes with siding in four days. The quality of their work is impeccable! I am in wow as to how my house now look! A 1930's house now looks like a brand new house just built!

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their siding done. You won't be disappointed. They clean up after themselves, from roof top to around the yard. I didn't know that there was an equipment made to pick up metal/nail from grass etc., until I saw them using it during clean up. They are the best!

Nixon was the chief/foreman and he ensure that all areas were covered, and walked through/inspected the house with me upon completion, making sure the work was to my satisfaction.

I met Nixon at a gas station in New Paltz and stopped him to explain my situation with needing my siding instead on my new house which I started and couldn’t Finnish. We agreed a fair price and he was a man of his word. I’m very pleased with his craftsmanship.

Nixon was installing a roof at my neighbors and I asked him if he would caulk around me chimney I had a water leak that was coming down the pipe on my wood stove inside the house. He did a great job I would recommend his services.

I had an emergency 3 years ago because wind storm damage and they responded quickly and complete the repairs in the same day.

I had similar issue due to wind storm damage. Nixon stop by evaluated and came back to rebuilt from scratch the porch roof in a professional manner completing all the work in one day! I will continue working with him.

I was so happy to have found Nixon. He always answers his phone and he shows up when he says he will. Anyone who has tried to hire a contractor recently knows how much that is worth in and of itself!

I needed a small roof repair (I hoped) and Nixon came through with a very reasonable price. There was no attempt to upsell me or try and get me to unnecessarily redo the whole thing. Repair came out great.

Will be hiring him soon to build a deck for me as well.
