The roofing company our HOA was using changed hands and the board was dissatisfied with their responsiveness under new management. A former board member who is an electrician saw work Nimbus had completed on a project and was impressed, so we decided to have them replace the roofing on one of our duplexes. They were fast, professional, and it looks great! Good price, too. We're happy to have found our new roofing company.

Compliments on the result have come in from multiple neighbors and extended family as well. We gave Nimbus quite a project with problems and deficits and they responded with professionalism and competence. Our finished project included not just the roof but also a walkable surface, new secure railing & a downspout. They knew how to address our situation and created a sound plan to remediate it. They went above and beyond and gave us a result which exceeded the basics!! They surprised us with a cleaned gutter as well!!! They did good work, communicated clearly, and completed their work promptly despite the rainy weather. They talked with us openly as needed throughout the process and at the final stage. They made sure we were happy with the results! Also, they were pleasant to talk with as well as hard working and cheerful among themselves. We have a new secure roof with deck features and after a very hard couple of years our spirits have been lifted as well! And we've found some new friends for a thriving community!

While in the process of selling my house the inspection showed a soft spot on my roof. I reached out to Nimbus Roofing and asked them to come out and take a look and give me an estimate on any repairs if needed. Ryan was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable about my type of roof. After much searching he found what the inspector called a “soft” spot and determined it did not need repair. Turns out it was an old imperfection that wasn’t repaired during the install of the roof. There is not any active leaks and he said my roof is in fabulous shape. He wrote up a bid stating what he found and that it did not need repaired but if someone wanted to do it what it would cost. He also gave an estimate of how the long the roof should last.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Selling a house is stressful and his knowledge and professionalism helped lower my stress about my roof. I strongly recommend giving them a call.
