Refused to make concrete per my specifications. Treated me as if I was an idiot when I requested a smaller tensile strength concrete. No you do not need 5 bag 5000 psi strength concrete to do decorative concrete and 2 foot retainer walls. No you do not need 6 bag concrete 5000+ psi concrete to do a patio and extended driveway. At the very most, for a swimming pool with 30000 gallons of water, you would use that mix. When you don't have that kind if weight on top if the concrete, you don't need it string enough to hold a dam up. I was over bid, priced beyond reason, too expensive for small business contractors, then they gouge you with environmental charges and delivery fees. As the customer, if I want 2500 psi strength 4 bag cement, than that is what I should be able to get. I have been pouring concrete for 20 years from Cali to Texas, and this is the first time I have ever been treated with such disgusting disregard if my intelligence and knowledge . I am appalled that this is the acceptable to other contractors out here.
