I am thrilled with my new roof from Queen City Roofing! Everybody did such an amazing job from quote to completion. The crew that did the work were amazing and somehow got the job done in one day despite several unknown issues that came up. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Great company to deal with from sales to installation. The crew they sent out to install the roof started at 7:30 in the morning and finished at about 8PM. I only saw them take a lunch break and that wasn't very long. Hard working people . They went over and above on protecting the outside of the house and the clean up was great. I highly recommend Queen City Roofing!

I recommend Queen City Roofing highly. Two people referred me to them after their experience with the company. I was impressed from the beginning when TJ McAndrew came to do the estimate. He listened as I described the problems I was having with the roof. An ice jam had caused a large leak onto my kitchen ceiling, and water dripping on the deck and the front steps created ice buildup in the winter. He carefully explained what would be done in replacing the old shingles that would alleviate the problems.
The crew came and completed the project in one day including a new roof on a playhouse in the yard. When they left there was no evidence that they had been there except for the new shingles on the roof. When the crew was leaving, I asked if they had installed the rain diverters. They said it wasn’t in the estimate, but they could do it before they left and did. But with the heavy rains that followed I observed that the diverter on the deck was channeling the water onto one side of the deck. I called Queen City, they came promptly and replaced it. They also realized that the diverters had been included in the estimate and gave me a refund.
Later I realized that the diverter above the front door was also splashing water onto the front steps. I called again. The project manager, Rigo, came promptly and replaced the front diverter. I was uncomfortable calling with these complaints, but Queen City gave exceptional service in fixing the problems.
Every staff member from the receptionists to the crew were polite and happy to assist and answer questions. Queen City lives up to their stated Standards of Excellence stated in their literature: “We take pride in our work and in all our interactions, aiming to build more than just roofs, we build lasting relationships.” My project was proof of that standard.

I found QCR to be very easy to work with. Andy in sales was very low key, answered all my questions and worked with me on the quotes as I was not sure of the route I was going to take- reroof the house alone or with the shed.

The crew arrived on the scheduled day & time. They worked non-stop with the exception of lunch (it was 90 & humid). They were very thorough and polite. I like that they pointed out a few hidden issues that needed to be addressed. They took care to protect the flower and bushes. Clean up was also thorough. Definitely recommend QCR for your roofing needs.

Queen City Roofing just installed a new roof for us. When I first called them, they returned my call almost instantly. They scheduled us for a quote promptly. The gentleman who came to our house to give us the quote was on time and completely professional. The job was scheduled quickly. The employees who did the work, including the supervisor who ran the project, were all fabulous. They replaced our whole roof in a day. Their clean up was so amazing that you literally would never have known that they were at our house. We highly recommend them! The quality of their work is truly top-notch. My new roof looks fantastic, and the entire process was handled efficiently and expertly. What truly stood out, however, was their commitment to cleanliness. After the job was completed, their crew did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning up. You wouldn't even know they had been there – every scrap of debris was removed, leaving my property spotless.

Our home has a lot of roofing square footage and somehow the crew was able to reroof it in a single day! They replaced the well worn out roofing with quality Owens Corning shingles.

The crew were some of the most diligent hard working people I've encountered. Not only did they do an excellent job up on the roof, but they had crew on the ground ensuring the site was completely clean at the end.

Oh, and of course, the roof looks fantastic too.

We experienced ice and storm damage during the winter and had to go through insurance to start the repair/replace process. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and Andy from Queen City Roofing not only provided us with exceptional service and explanation of the damages and issues, but at no point did we ever feel any sales pressure. Knowing we had to go through insurance they were helpful every step of the way going above and beyond to provide documentation and video we could submit to the insurance company.

Then when it came to understanding the material and product Andy went through everything from the material used, the shingles, the water guard, everything and explained the 50 year warranty. We had another company who used the same materials, same warranty, but was TWICE as expensive AND after 3 hours of pressuring us had the gall to try to schedule us that day even though we had explained the insurance process.

Andy and team were fantastic, reasonable, professional, courteous and I couldn't recommend them more.

The roof on my barn is magnificent! From start to finish it was a smooth process! I appreciate how Queen City paid attention to detail and left the area spotless!

Queen City Roofing put on our new roof in 2021. They did an excellent job and even upgraded our ridge vent, because the gap was wider than expected, at no extra cost. The following year QCR promptly repaired a hole in my roof from a falling limb. But that was nothing compared to my experience a couple weeks ago. I needed an old rusty metal chimney removed that was causing water issues, and to have the roof patched. Having not seen the job, QCR ballparked a price of $2250, which I didn't feel was unreasonable. They said they'd work with me on the price once they saw what the job entailed. Rigo and the crew took care of the removal and repair in quick fashion and with exceptional workmanship. No sign of where the old chimney was. After the job's completion, Rigo was unable to reach Mike for a final price, as he was in a meeting. I wrote the check for the estimated amount. Less than an hour later, I got a call saying I overpaid. Because I was a loyal customer, they only charged me $500!! I received a check the following week for a $1750 refund. How many companies would do that, already having the money in hand? I respect the honesty, integrity, dependability and workmanship of Queen City Roofing and would not even consider another company for my roofing needs.

Yes. Yes they are.

My wife and I were in need of a new roof over our house we purchased in 2022. We had quotes from a couple other places and while there was nothing wrong with them per se, Queen City Roofing made the introductory process just that much nicer.

It started with TJ McAndrew who showed up on time and was a textbook gentleman. He was easy to talk to, and the one thing I really appreciated about Queen City is we didn't get a giant catalog of options. He said that most customer preferred a middle of the road, not cheap but not out of reach asphalt shingle, so that's what they sold. I really appreciated that kind of simplicity.

A few days later we had the quote which was incredibly reasonable, so my wife and I pulled the trigger on them.

Fast-forward to work day, Rigo and his crew arrived at 7:00 AM on the dot ready to roll. Rigo was fantastic; he was respectful, polite, and communicated exactly what was going on, and kept me in the loop of progress. We needed some plywood sheets which, a shame monetarily, however it just reaffirms that it was good we got this done.

The team worked fast and diligently and like most projects, they were done at the end of the day. The roof looks amazing, and I really like how the OC Slatestone Gray adds some splash of lights and darks to the roof.

All that said, Queen City Roofing was a stellar company to work with; I really cannot find any faults with the process, the team, or the workmanship. This company really has earned their reputation on here in my opinion. If it wasn't for total cost, we'd have them do our detached garage, too but who knows, maybe in another year or two!

Queen City Roofing did a great job on my roof. The roof looks awesome!! The crew also spent a good amount of time cleaning up the yard after the roof was completed to be sure there were no nails/debris.

I contracted with Queen City Roofing to do 13 single family homes in our association. Tom, Mike and Maria were top notch right from the beginning. From the original quote (two years ago) to the final clean-up was nothing less than spectacular. The delivery of over 300 squares of shingles, dumpsters and porta potties was on time and well coordinated.
They gave me a start date and, on that day, they showed up with their whole crew. They completed all 13 houses in 2 1/2 days with no problems along the way.
The clean-up was something to watch. They scoured every inch of the yards and roads picking up the smallest pieces of debris, using magnets to pick up the nails.
I would highly recommend them for any roofing projects.

Impressive from the initial quote request to the completion of a new roof. We received 4 quotes and based our decision on the combination of quality, price, and warranty. We absolutely made the right decision going with Queen City Roofing. Our home was older and had barn board lumber under the shingles. The roof was replaced with all new OSB sheathing, 100% Grace Ice & Water and GAF shingles. From the initial quote from TJ, the communication with Maria at the office, and the roofing crew, everyone was professional and polite. Upon completion the area was meticulously cleaned up and you would never know that we had our roof stripped and replaced except for the look of a perfect new roof. I live on a hill with a stone wall, and they went down the wall, and got every last piece of old material that got away. And they swept the lawn and driveway with large magnets on rollers, for any nails that went astray. One tip that I highly recommend, is if your roof has shiplap boards like mine does, and not decking, TARP YOUR ATTIC!! Well if you need a roof these are the guys to call! My job started off with a meeting with TJ for an explanation of what was going to be done and any area of concern. Super easy process. Next the crew showed a few days later. These guys were like a well oiled machine never stopping. Each seemed to know exactly what to do next not missing a beat. At the end of that day my roof was done and looked great. The area around the work site was clean and spotless no nails or shingle parts. But for the new looking roof you could not tell these guys were even here.

I first got a quote from Vaillancourt Roofing for about $34,500 when my sister told me that we should look at Queen City Roofing. As I researched them, their reputation was stellar. We went with them, and the final cost was $19,500. Both quotes had a 50-year warranty, and the only differences were that Vaillancourt put a 4’ higher layer of the neoprene (I think) barrier, and they used Owens Corning shingles. Even though I do not know the names of name-brand shingles, I am 100% sure that Queen City Roofing also used an excellent brand, if for no other reason than they do not want to come back to do repairs. Anyway, those two little differences were not worth $15,000!!

I also recommend using their recommended finance company as they were much easier to get what amounts to a high-dollar personal loan, than through my bank, for only 1% higher interest rate.

Anyway, when they finally did the job, I was worried about how many nails would be left on the ground. Well, they did an incredible cleanup job. Based on the quotes I mentioned, you can imagine we have a very large roof, and so far, I have found 6 nails.

They had 12 guys working that day, and did the whole roof in one day. They started at 7 a.m., and were done by 4:30! I cannot recommend them enough.

We recently needed to have our roof replaced (including all the plywood) and we chose Queen city roofing after getting a couple of quotes. From the very first phone call through project completion we had a wonderful experience with their team. The work was done efficiently and respectfully. They always say “you get what you pay for” and that the cheapest option isn’t always the best option. However, they beat 3 other competitors by at least $800 and they backed that up with top notch work. I’d recommend Queen City to anybody who is in need of a new roof.

We feel so lucky we called Queen City Roofing! Communication and coordination were unmatched. They beat our next estimate by "real" money. Their guys stayed busy and were super quiet (if you know any roofers you know what I'm talking about). I still can't find a stray nail anywhere!

Once again Soren and his crew were excellent. They were professional, efficient, and the work is top shelf. They were able to strip the roof, fix the damaged sheeting, and shingle the entire roof at Hillside Baptist Church in one day. To show how good they did I have been taking bids for siding. One of Queen City's competitors looked at the roof and praised how great a job they did. When your competitors esteem your work you know they did a fantastic job.
