What Users Like The Least

Due to water continuously going under the shingles, the wood is soft and rotting in many many areas.
Because of miscommunication by his receptionist Nick never showed up.
I wasted two afternoon’s waiting for Nick only to be ignored!!
At the time, we thought they did a good job.
The rolling roof portion is completely cracked and buckling.

Nick and Nicks roofing was fast, efficient and professional.
Friday a windstorm destroyed my roof.
Sunday I called Nick.
Monday I signed the contract and gave the deposit.
Tuesday materials and dumpster showed up at my house.
Wednesday the crew showed up and did my entire roof in a single day.
They replaced the rotted boards under roof from prior leaks and added flashing where it was missing. I couldn’t be happier! 50 year warranty!!!

Nick's replaced our roof in 2008. St the time, we thought they did a good job. My husband had occasion to go on our roof today and we were shocked. The rolling roof portion is completely cracked and buckling. The drip edges were on top of the shingles instead of under. Due to water continuously going under the shingles, the wood is soft and rotting in many many areas. I know it's 16 years but this amount of damage is unacceptable.

I made an appointment for Nick for Tuesday at 3 pm. Because of miscommunication by his receptionist Nick never showed up. Receptionist made a second appointment for Wednesday at 1 pm and Nick was a no show again . I called twice to see if he was coming and got no response. I wasted two afternoon’s waiting for Nick only to be ignored!! All I need is a roof repair. Maybe he can’t be bothered by a small job!!

Nick and his men replaced my roof and replaced my windows. What a great job they did! I'm very happy with both jobs- from the pricing to the clean up. They worked well around my family and dogs and made sure we knew where they would work next. Nick and his men made these jobs easy on everyone. Would hire them again in a New York Minute.

I definitely recommend this company! From start to finish they responded quickly to phone calls and text messages. The owner and the workers were polite and tidy cleaning up after themselves after their workday. Wish I took before and after pictures. Nick refinished a deck, power washed and painted my house. The deck looks like new! The house looks fresh and clean!! Very satisfied with the work. Trustworthy, on time and affordable! Will use this company again for future projects.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!!! THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!! Not only did they make my deck look amazing but they listen to my needs and gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. Quality work and a true pleasure to deal with. I couldn't ask for anything more. NICKS ROOFING/WINDOW/DECKS ETC IS EXACTLY WHO I WOULD CALL AGAIN FOR ANYTHING I NEED. :) 100% SATISFIED!!

I would like to recommend Nick and Nick's Roofing Siding and Windows to anyone who is looking to put in new replacement windows and doors. Finding a good contractor can be very stressful these days. Nick and his crew were very prompt and professional at all time. Nick was very informative of the product line he was using. They were very meticulous with every detail, from the re framing of the door and new trim to making sure all debris were taken away. Its nice to have a local company with an on the job owner working! I will definitely be using Nicks again
