We couldn't be more impressed with the service provided and the work completed, which included replacing our entire roof & six skylights. Nick is extremely responsive & just the consummate professional. From our first phone call through the completion of the job if we had a question, he made sure it was answered. Pricing was extremely reasonably & very accurate. He was on the site for part of each day & always kept us in the loop. His team was fantastic, too. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional crew to work on your home. Everyone was timely, helpful, and just incredibly pleasant. Roof removal and replacement is messy, but they worked each day to make sure the site was in really good shape by the time they left. We are thrilled with our new roof. If we need any additional work done on any roof, Nick will be our first and last call. It's unusual to find such a high level of customer service matched by phenomenal work. We are delighted with the finished product.

Gave a competitive bid, and delivered the work as promised. The work included new shingled roof, flat roof coating, and some other general maintenance work. Nick Letters Roofing was recommended to us by a relative and his roof looked great so I called Nick. He came by the next day and went over my roofing needs and gave me a fair price. He brought over actual samples of the roof shingles so we could be sure we had the color we wanted. It was so much easier to pick the color seeing the samples as opposed to seeing pictures. Nick's team arrived on time and they did an awesome job. They were professional and very hard working. It was one of those hot 85 degree days and those men worked so hard all day. They finished in one day and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. My new roof looks beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick was a pleasure to work with through each step of the process, from scoping our roof replacement project, to financing, to the work getting done. Nick's crew was hard-working and efficient and got the job completed faster than we expected, and our house looks wonderful. They also removed a problem chimney and defunct satellite dish from our home and adjusted to some last minute changes on our part. Great experience and great quality!

Nick has always been fantastic and installing a new roof was no exception. The process was easy, he ended up scheduling earlier than anticipated (in a good way), and was finished within 36 hours. Pricing was very reasonable and he responds to any question or follow up you have. He’s also very honest/realistic, I.e. did not push us to get a new roof initially, instead just making minor repairs. That’s always refreshing. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Nick Letters and his crew replaced my roof in September 2022 and did an excellent job. Nick was friendly and helpful in answering my questions about roof replacement along with the estimate he gave, which I found competitive and fair. We scheduled the job out a month, and he called a few days before to confirm they were ready to start. I was home during the work, so I had the opportunity to frequently watch the process including tear-down, new underlayment, edging, flashing, shingles and cleanup. They worked full time and finished in a few days.

The crew was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, answering my questions about the materials they were using and their methods. I appreciated their commitment to safety and the care they took when working on my roof, which included three large skylights. For the skylights they got new flashing kits and took the time to explain how they would carefully re-flash the skylights to ensure a proper seal.

My roof looks great and I’m more than satisfied. I give Nick and his team the highest marks for their friendly, professional and quality service. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

Nick Letters and his crew were very professional and did beautiful work for me. My realtor recommended this company while I was getting a bunch of quotes from many local roofers, and Nick quickly got back to me with the most reasonable quote and quickest timeline of all the others I talked to. One company even had the audacity to quote me over DOUBLE of what Nick quoted me. He didn’t try to manipulate me into getting more expensive work done like some of the others did — he was extremely honest and open about what they’d be doing, exactly how much I’d be paying, and when they would be finished. Any questions I had, he answered right away. Zero complaints! Highly recommend.

No upfront payment months in advance, you pay everything when the job is complete. BTW nobody does that. Professional crew, no foul language, work very fast. Problems 100% fixed. I am happy to recommend Nick Letters for roofing without any reservations. Last fall I must have called six roofing companies to please come and look at my roof - I had flashings leaking and the roof needed repairs. NO ONE returned my calls. One day I just picked Nick out of the internet and placed a call and the very next morning he called to say he was in my neighborhood and wanted to come take a look. He was at my house in 15 minutes, in my attic REPAIRING my flashing leaks (without charge) and giving me a verbal bid for total roof replacement. He promised he would come out in April - after the weather warmed up. True to his word, he came out in April with his team and spent three days replacing my roof and fans. Nick and his team were clean, friendly, professional, communicative and even played with my dogs.

It's never gratifying to have to spend money on your roof. But Nick Letters made it painless, reasonably priced and actually pleasant.

Nick is the only roofer I will use for my properties. I initially worked with his father Bob Letters for 20 years...and now work with his son for the past 5 years since his father retired. They have been....and are always fair, straight forward and honest. Most importantly, they competitively provide excellent work that lasts. They have installed at least 15 shingled roofs for me...of which one of them required edge and ridge vents due to the fact that the interior of the 3rd floor was a cathedral ceiling. They also regularly install skylights along with flashing...box gutters and hanging gutters, heat wires for ice melting gutters, attic ventilation fans, etc...just a great company to work with. I do not even bid their work. Just a great company. That is all I can say.
