I called and Reece answered and from that time on he took good care of me. He always kept his word and was prompt to every appointment. He hand delivered the quote and we scheduled the job at that time. He worked to get the repair completed before some bad weather came in. Everything was handled better than expected.

This was my first time having to deal with such a big project on my own. Reece and his team really helped make it pretty effortless for me on my part. My insurance co was not easy to deal with and he stepped in to make sure everything was handled. He was responsive and communicative and I was able to trust his guidance.

My neighbors recommended Nicholson Construction to my husband and I after some hail/high wind storms we had in the spring. When it was apparent that our roof needed to be replaced, I decided to give them a call and man, am I so glad I did…they’re awesome!
Reece is so friendly and professional as well as very knowledgeable about his craft. He helped me with my insurance claim and even caught some items that were left off.
When the damage inspection was all said and done, there was a lot of work ahead of these guys. They had to remove FOUR layers of shingles and then add decking (our house was built in 1930) before installing our beautiful new roof and ridge vent. He and his team did such a great job. They even went above and beyond to inform us of some other repairs (outside of their services) our house might need soon.
The entire experience with Nicholson Construction was very pleasant and I couldn’t be happier with our new roof!

Nicholson Construction was contracted to repair a leak in our kitchen skylight. Their work was every thing we had hoped for; fast, courteous, professional and personable. After the repair to the skylight, they informed us the roof was showing signs of defective shingles. They assisted us in submitting a claim to the shingle manufacturer who agreed the roof needed to be completely replaced. All work and material was covered by the warranty. Nicholson Construction did the roof replacement. Once again their work was to our complete satisfaction. It took only one day to tear off, replace and clean up. We highly recommend Nicholson Construction for roofing and construction needs.

Reese was great to work with. He was professional, easy to work with, he answered all my questions and was patient and helpful through the whole process. My roof and gutters look great. I would highly recommend their services.
