I used Next Level Pergolas about 3 years ago. I paid them $14700 for my Pergola. I was told the Smoked Poly Carbonate roofing system had a 10 year warranty so I called them to replace one of the panels. I have now called, text, left messages for the last 2 weeks and they won't return my calls. This is not about the money, I can afford to buy another panel on my own but I was promised a 10 year warranty and now the company wont respond or acknowledge my warranty and treats me like I dont exist. I guess their company isnt as reputable as I thought. Maybe this is why the other family members split off from Kirby and started their own company. Either way, I am not impressed with the warranty response or lack there of and their professionalism. I do not recommend them to anyone else as they will not stand by their warranty.

I’m not typically one to write reviews, and I hate that I have to write this one but I want to make everyone aware of the potential issues if you have problems with your pergola and need repairs after it’s been built.
I will say they did a great job building our pergola. We did have issues with one post “bleeding” stain. We reached out and asked if they might know what could cause that in hopes we could find a way to fix it, but we received no reply. It’s still an issue but we decided to live with it. Then within the first year, a hail storm hit and our pergola roof was damaged causing leaks in two locations. We reached out several times asking for a repair since they warranty the polycarbonate roof for 20 years (shown on our invoice).
We messaged them in July and after sending photos of the damage they told us they would contact the poly company and have some more shipped in to fix. After not hearing back, we messaged again and were told we’d get a date on when they can come. After never getting a date, we messaged again and were told things were moving slow which we understood. FINALLY after a couple more months of hearing nothing we reached out to see if they could just deliver two panels that we could install ourselves. We still have not heard anything. We decided to call the poly company they use and asked about the 20 year warranty and to our surprise were told that the type of polycarbonate that was used on our pergola was not warrantied.
Kirby is a great carpenter, but the customer service we are (or actually aren’t) receiving is disappointing.
