Really nice and helpful staff. They didn't have the obscure item I wanted, but spent time looking it up and checking availability.

I have been here a few times. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It's a small store in a small town so they don't carry everything but they will either order it or tell you where else to look in town!

Replaced the cracked skylight dome over the shower in my RV. A bit pricey but the finished job looks perfect. A real work of art. Thanks for getting me in at short notice.

Brought my RV here for s service on the steps. They resolved the problem and fixed in a couple of days.

The staff are very good here. They took the time needed to research and make sure I got the exact replacement part I needed. Thank you for taking the time to make sure I got what I needed.

Wow! What great customer service and friendly people. Our 5th wheel valve cable decided to act up. A super friendly tech followed us to our trailer, inspected it and took care of the issue well enough to repair it to get us home. So impressed with them and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reputable service company.

Man this place is awesome!!! My bf and I are on our first vacation together and we had trailer issues and this place helped us same day. They don't normally do that but they helped us out to get us back into the road. I highly recommend this place. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you guys for helping us to continue our first vacation together!!!

Pulled up to South Beach on a Sunday and a component of my weight distributing hitch shifted rendering one side inoperable. Called first thing Monday morning and we able to get an appointment on Wednesday. I stopped by and showed photos of the damage to give them a heads up.
All staff was great and willing to work with me. Got my repair down on time and only charged shop/labor for the repair. We are all fixed up and ready to continue our trip!

A huge thanks to the staff at Newport Marine & RV Services Inc. Was camping at South Beach State Park when a large water leak sprang in our travel trailer. I took the damaged fitting and a section of hose in and the guys figured out an even better solution than what the factory used. $10 and a couple of hours of work on my part and ready for the next 5 days of camping! They were extremely helpful and genuinely interested in getting us fixed up and I appreciate their service!

We bought a used boat that had been serviced at Newport Marine and RV Service since it was built in 2004 . As a newer boat owner called and asked if they would like to continue servicing our boat ? That was a yes on Robert’s part .who introduced us the the technician that has serviced our boat since 2004 when it was built. The boat had sat for a spell and needed some work and and a tune up on the Yamaha motor’s. Robert and Frank have been a blessing as they will take the time to help us over the phone and if that doesn’t work they are pretty quick on getting us and appointment and back on the water . Thank you so much Robert and Frank for a fine job on keeping us on the water with our new used boat

Excellent customer service and had parts in stock for our 24 year old trailer! We're able to do our own repairs but the staff are knowledgeable and we were even able to talk to a technician. Thanks

As a mobile RV repair company where extremely thankful to have Newport Marina RV as a resource. Everyone that works there has been super friendly and helpful and they always have the parts we need.

Had an issue with the heater and a sink leak in our RV. Made an appointment and they had it fully diagnosed and repaired in a few hours. I like the fact that not only did they repair it, in the under-sink area, they completely rebuilt all the hoses and routed them beautifully...much better than the manufacturer did. It shows that this shop has high standards. I noticed.

I needed to replace my roof vent cover, which had come off my Pleasure-Way. I was told to come in today, October 12th, so that they could order the right parts, but that the earliest I could have an appointment to install it was November 1st. Since this is the beginning of our rainy season, that was problematic, but I didn't have a choice.

When I arrived at 1pm Jeremy told me that he thought they had a used vent cover that would fit. It did. Joe cleaned it up and installed the used one right then & there. And because it was a used part, it cost half of what I thought it would.

I was on my way home by 3pm...A mighty happy camper!

Helpful and knowledgeable. We called from Eugene when heading to Newport and Robert fit us in. We were having trouble with our Air Force One tow system and nobody so far on our trip could see us. Jeremy was able to find the problem and give us the part to order at our next stop with instructions how to install. Fantastic customer service- they even dropped us off at the bayfront while we waited. Could not recommend high enough.

So happy with this place!! My rv broke down on a trip and they fit my in with almost no advance notice and completely fixed the problem. Brought out two senior techs even though I could tell were very busy, and crossed every ‘t’. Finally found the problem. Even stayed open late to ensure I could get back on the road.

While the folks at Newport Marine & RV were not able to do the small job for us this time, their response time in getting back to me was almost warp speed!! That fact alone makes them 5 star all stars in my book ☺️☺️. I know from previous visits that the people who work in the front end are an awesomely helpful bunch of individuals!

NM&RVS is Thee place to go for fantastic service and a knowledgeable parts person. I was visiting from Idaho and had a Sea Land toilet valve start leaking. I did a Google search for RV parts stores and NM came up. I called and spoke with Mark, told him what little information I could find on the toilet, described the valve and he proceeded to do his magic. He got back on the phone, described what he had in his hand and asked if mine had a mushroom looking stem at the top. I told him yes, it is what the flush pedal actuated to fill the bowl or flush. He told me he had what I needed and what the price was and we agreed to put it in will call so I could come from Beverly Beach campground to pay and pick it up. After a very pleasant conversation we started the transaction. Their card readers were being difficult (which can be the case at any business) and wouldn't conclude the sale. I found something that is hard to find in this day in age; a business that still operates on a handshake is your word. I left my card number and contact information on my business card, which includes my promise with my clients; I Covenant to be be honest in our business dealings. Mark read that to me, looked at me, and and we shook hands. I haven't yet found out the owners name to thank him for allowing his business to be a safe harbor in the storm of a distant traveler, and letting him know what a great representative of his business Mark is, but I will. I also appreciated how clean and organized the front of store was having been in the RV parts business also, among other customer retail parts related businesses before retirement. My recommendation: Go in, buy what you need in full confidence you will also be treated under the Covenant (a two way promise) of being honest in all business dealings here.

These guys are so nice! They answered tons of questions and spent a lot of time doing it. Even though they knew they didn't have what I needed. In the future, if I do need anything, they will be my first choice. Excellent customer service wonderful

Wonderful customer service experience! Took our camper trailer in for a furnace problem. They kept in constant contact with us. Had to order part but was fixed in 2 days!! Repair costs were reasonable. Would definitely recommend their services. Thank you all.

They hade everything you would ever need for you RV and a lot more and they have a big lot for storage and the people are very friendly and helpful all around a good place and the prices are reasonable

Got a sunny day in November, can't complain. Neat place to visit and a great deli for a bite or drink.

Our experience with Newport Marine and RV was great. We were on a trip from California when one of the wheels froze up on our travel trailer near Beachside State Park. We were stranded there for two days while AAA searched for a tow company with the right equipment to tow our trailer. I contacted Newport Marine and RV to inquire if they could diagnose and repair it if we could get the trailer there. They said they could squeeze us for diagnostic but no guarantee on a repair time frame as they were booked out. They found a bearing had broken up and jammed the brake and would be able to repair it. They did some extensive work on it and inspected and performed maintenance on the other three wheels, all this in one day. Our extreme thanks to Jeremy and Helen, and the others at Newport Marine and RV.

Twice now we have had work done on our ClassC here. Some routine maintenance, fitting a difficult front hitch receiver, then ordering parts, sourcing discontinued pieces and fitting them. All the employees are happy to help when needed and provide efficient service. Highly recommended!

My rv was vandalized and battery stolen while being stored there. When I called to let them know, all I got was "oh, and what is your name?" No sorry, no is there anything we can do to try to make this right or anything? I wasn't looking for any type of reimbursement or anything, but at least try to sound like you're concerned about my possessions that I pay to leave in your care.

Had to buy 2 new batteries for my RV. Sales men were very helpful. They took my old batteries for cores and tested my new ones to make sure I would be all set. Plenty of parking also. FYI they carry interstate batteries.

Super friendly, competent, and patient. Work quality seems great and the price for installation of our new equipment matched what we were told up front. Thanks a bunch to the whole gang.

Wow! This is the best RV repair experience we have ever had. We brought our brand new RV in after a mobile tech couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our fridge. Also, the day we were bringing it in for service our slide had an issue. When we checked in we told them about it and weren’t sure if they could address it or not. Not only did they fix the fridge (which had issue from improper installation at the factory), but they fixed the slide too. They also added extra support for our bike rack and fixed a group of wires that had become unbolted and no longer were grounded. This place is top notch! They did all of this in five days. We thought we were going to have to cancel a couple weeks of our five month cross Canada trip. They saved the day! We have never had an RV repair experience that went so well and we have had seven new and used RVs in the past 15 years. We are so happy with them that we are buying them a pizza lunch on Monday to express our gratitude.

Taken care of my boat for years. Work always done right. Professional service from folks who know what they are doing. The ocean can be unforgiving. Nice to know your marine mechanics care about their work.

My boyfriend and I have been in several times, for vent covers, RV electrical outlets, and RV caulking. Every time, the employee who was there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We actually had to return the vent covers (when we got home we read the directions and saw that they didn't work with our fan). Robert called the suppliers for the model we needed and got back to us promptly. Unfortunately, the distributors didn't have the one we wanted, but Robert told us where else we could look. Due to the consistently great service, we will continue to come to this shop for all our RV needs.

Great service, saved me some money with their ingenuity, although they're usually very busy and that causes them to have to schedule out a couple of weeks.
